Feels a bit weird seeing Cirkin playing for us as I remember him scoring two on his youth debut vs Swansea and the Swansea coaches and everyone then joked I wonder if he has welsh grandparents ?

He is actually Latvian both parents are Latvian immigrants :)

How does he qualify for Ireland then?

A lot of neat & tidy stuff, but I still hope for a lot more from the likes of Moura & Dele they should be dominating teams like this on a consistent basis.

Qualifies for Ireland as he was born there. Qualifies for Latvia due to parentage. Qualifies for England due to being schooled here* growing up.

*By here I really mean there, as I’m not in England, but you know what I mean!
