There must be a reason why Lo Celso and Ndombele is not even on the bench, not heard of any sickenss? If Mason comes out after the game and says, we have a big squad so a lot of competition for a spot, he can f right out of the club. Must be some real shit going on now or they are in for transfer the both of them?

If players did refuse to play then surely there is no way back for them? So worst case scenario is Aurier, NDombele, Sissoko, Le Celso could also be joining Kane out the door? This summer will at least be interesting if nothing else.

Mason could have done the job and gone up even further in the fans respect for him. Instead he's played Harry Winks and the fans can't wait for his tenure to be over. This is up there with the worst seasons I care to remember. There probably are worse but I've blanked them out.

How he went about asking for a move, IF he actually asked for a move, the ins and outs, the actual facts, none of us know. None of us. Yet here we are, giving him a coating based on little to no knowledge of the facts, when everything we know about him suggests he loves the club and would never shit on it. I'm not entirely sure how there is an actual easy way of going about this so even if he has got it wrong, he's more than earned some slack, given that pretty much all of us understand the why's and all that.

We don't need to know the ins and outs, the fine details, to know that he took to a television interview to denigrate his teammates' mentalities and make it abundantly clear that he wants out of the club while the season is ongoing, with European qualification on the line. I'd not have had any problem with Kane if he'd simply waited one fucking week to air his grievances with the club. Do have done so with one of the club's most important objectives still hanging in the balance was not merely disruptive, it was outright disrespectful. It wasn't a fucking slip.

If you honestly believe that he's beyond reproach, that there's absolutely nothing he could do that would warrant criticism without rendering the critic "deserving" of being shit, I'd suggest you're suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. So I'll say it again, more emphatically: Fuck him.
