When Mason took over with 7 games left I predicted if we won all 7 we would have just made top 4 and that would have proved the case. Leeds and Villa games against teams with nothing to play for cost us
Ultimately the games earlier in the season like the west ham 3-3 and all the other stupid dropped points killed us. If you end up needing to win all your remaining games you've probably not been good enough.

You think he improved Kane ?? I think he starved him of any service - before he came he was the best centre forward in the World yet he chose to concentrate on defending but lets agree to disagree tonight - its been a long season
He must be the first golden boot winner to top the assists chart as well? He’s had a blinding season.

I have to say that the worse we become the better the humour becomes on SC. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much about comments than I have this season. Hopefully I don’t find anything funny next season.COYS!
You’re historical!

That game meant a lot. Yes it's been an absolute turd season but to finish it with a win was really important to stop the tide of negativity.

I actually think it's great for the club to be in the European competition, chance for youngsters, more games to go to or watch and probably much needed funds for the club.

Also Chelsea fans can rib us, West ham even but not arsenal fans ? Bit of revenge at leicester's expense all in all a good result so I don't understand one bit this nonsense of throwing the game down the toilet
Agreed although apparently the players need to pay subs to play in this new European Conference. Doubt the prize will be more than vouchers toward a new kit for the following season.

Despite us having a atrocious season, finishing above Arsenal made my day a little bit better.

Strange feeling to be disappointed that we won today as really think a season without European football would have been better than playing in the conference league.. However I suppose on the plus side the conference league gives us a chance at another trophy.

Massive summer ahead for the club.. need first of all to get the right manager appointed and preferable director of football. Also need to start the big clear out of the squad, Really hope to never see the likes of Dier, Winks, Sissoko, Aurier, Sanchez in a spurs shirt again. Obviously plenty more players in that squad we could do with moving on like, Moura, Dele, Lamela, Toby, Dochety but realistically we aren't going to be able to sell all these players in one window.

Also we need to invest the Kane money very wisely unlike what happened with the Bale money.

Really am glad the season is over on whole its been a pretty miserable one especially since Christmas.

Early stages of Conference league gives plenty of opportunities to blood the youngsters and then play the big hitters when the opposition are tougher.
