He was looking at his calf when he walked off. Given that he was walking off, it looked more precautionary than anything.Anyone see Kulu go out injured. Hope it’s not serious

Incoming 84 rounds of running for Kulu tomorrowHe knew the running drill was coming. He is an intelligent cookie
Yes.did you even bother to watch the session? there was hardly anything particularly special or revelatory about it
"Spurs finish their session with a long run" oh no, Conte's super secret methods exposed!
I doubt this is the first time that Conte has put them through something like this and I'm sure Ndombele didn't acquit himself well, which is why he was shipped out in January and left at home for this.I kind of wish if Ndombele was part of this brutal training session. It could be the right kick up his arse that takes his career back on track.

God I hope soHe was looking at his calf when he walked off. Given that he was walking off, it looked more precautionary than anything.
(Maybe he had heard about the upcoming run...)

Had a niggle early on in the session and went off. Not sure how serious but hopefully precautionary.
They'll sleep very well tonight!
Is there any chance this brutal cardio could have some negative implications for the players? I’ve seen that our fitness coach is nicknamed the ‘marine’ and has been coaching for decades. Are we employing potentially archaic methods or is this what all clubs do these day?. Genuinely wondering.
Maybe, but there were loads of matches where we had to manage things for a much larger part of the game - having someone up top that can press relentlessly for thirty minutes could be useful. In terms of attitude sure but I'm not sure great fitness levels are really required that much for the 5 minutes he'll likely get at the end of a match
Absolutely, that’s why I think it’s not something you’d do all seaosn long as your bang on, physically it’s not actually tooo beneficial but on the mental aspect it’s excellentThis is true but even elite level athletes like Kipchoge etc. who run 100km to 140km per week will only do 20% of their workload at a high heart rate. So yes its good to a point.
Nice catch. Do you have a link?New training vid out and Paratici and Son walk out together . Can clearly hear Sonny say 'he won the tournament with me' Paratici replys ' yeah , I don't know if he's the one .'
Kim Min Jae talk surely
Sure even in contes absence the pre season was the same for all. Even those that didn’t travel.I kind of wish if Ndombele was part of this brutal training session. It could be the right kick up his arse that takes his career back on track.
