We are the epitome of the drunk lad 15 minutes before the lights come on at the club
we've been playing it cool, biding our time. Only we've made the error of drinking too much and now we're acting a complete fool

Answers on a postcard to Daniel.Anyone open to us taking Lopetegui from Wolves?
Did you see the paternity results?Surprised Daniel levy has kids…the fucker pulls out of everything
It seems to me after reading some newspaper reports, with a bit of salt, that Spurs expected yesterdays meeting between Slot’s agent and the Feyenoord hierarchy to go smoothly with Feyenoord accepting Slot leaving and accepting. 5-6M in compensation. When they demanded 15M Spurs flinched and Slot realized that we didn’t want him that badly. We probably said we’d haggle the fee down but he decided he didn’t want to end up as piggy in the middle and burn all his bridges with Feyenoord as we haggled but eventually gave up when they wouldn’t budge on the 15M fee. So he decided to cut his loses and release that statement on Thursday morning.
It would seem to be the familiar story of us missing out on personnel we’ve identified as important additions to the club because we’re not prepared to pay the asking price.
15M doesn’t seem to me unreasonable to obtain the man to revitalize the club and put it back on track. Serious people tend to pay what’s needed to get what they want or feel they need.
If he’s under contract I guess they can ask what they want as compensation. The slot thing makes no sense, how can you ask for compensation of say 15m when he is on a contract worth nowhere near that, also why come straight out if your slot and say you are staying, why not let the clubs negotiate and then see, to come out the next day and say your staying and not even see how much we would pay makes no sense
Also I don't but the he was using us to get a new contract either, whatever they pay we would probably double and he has nothing else to do in Holland as he won the league
Pull out game is better than King ArthurSurprised Daniel levy has kids…the fucker pulls out of everything
How fortunate!
I know he's not popular but I think Potter could be really good for us if we are in for a genuine reset and rebuild. I suspect his man management of players is excellent which seems to be what we need - an arm around the shoulder and encouragement.
However, after Chelsea I'm not sure if the fanbase would allow him the time needed - too much "banter" from the Chavs.
What cl worth to them if they qualify again next season under him?If he’s under contract I guess they can ask what they want as compensation.
They could justify it that he’s worth that much to them through performance and league finishing position alone.
Maybe that was the smokescreen someone mentioned ?They've fully backed themselves into a corner with that stupid, reckless PR stunt on Nagelsmann. Unbelievable. There was no need for it and still went all in — all for optics. Dumb pricks.
So... Ange, Enrique or Potter. Good times.
I don't know. Ask him. Base it on facts and not hearsay. ..You’re completely missing my point. Why aren’t we more appealing to a manager who is no doubt on significantly less money than we should be able to offer, the training ground, quality of players and ground.
Not for long it isn't!It’s going to be Mason
If we're not coughing up for Slot. Can you honestly see midget chops pay what Brighton would want?Have dipped in and out of this 1268 page thread and am wondering why we aren’t pushing for De Zerbi. Has be already been ruled out? We appointed Pochettino based on his development of players and playing style. De Zerbi certainly has the latter and some may argue that player development was in large parts thanks to Potter and their recruitment team.
