Depends doesn't it? I would resent paying £500 for a Cinquecento, but I'll happily for £5k for a Ferrari.
Not that I think Belotti is necessarily that - he's a good age and a decent player, but if you're going to spend that amount of money in that market, you'll want to have a bit more due diligence involved and, dare I say, it's better spent on someone you know can perform in this league.
I'm surprised at how we haven't been linked to someone like Pukki yet, tbh.

He would be suitable for Mourinho because he’s a fighter, he’s very aggressive but he isn’t on the level of Kane. I think is a good striker but obviously he has also to settle in a new country and in a new league, it could be difficult for him
