Must be a new manager coming in imminently or else they would have appointed an interim for Saturday.

To have also got rid of Perez and the others then it would seem like an appointment is going to be imminent. I'd therfore asume this has been on the cards for some time and negotiations with Poch and his team and also the new guy carrying on for a while

Near relegation form for a year. You can all call Levy every name under the sun, that shit couldn't carry on. At least he had the balls to do it while the season can still be rescued somewhat.

We have imploded already though.
Don't be daft, Jose spent a fucking fortune at Man United and left them in complete chaos. Imagine what he could do with us. I actually think he'll be good for a few years, not the point though is it, we'll be broken, properly broken when he goes.

Ok so 64 replies, and no one looks happy with that decision. I don't undestand that with poll being 48% for Poch Out.
I see a lot of people acknowledging that this incredibly tough decision needed to be made but who are still very sad that it's happened because of their strong emotional ties to Poch developed over five years. It's not hard to understand.

I’m sad, and it hurts. But I think it’s the right decision, think it would of been easier if it had been mutual consent, but wow! Sacked!

levy HAS to get this appointment right! Or the stadium will be fucking toxic!

big decision from him!

Fuck sake!

I can't see why they didn't sack him last week if they intended to do it so surely something has happened that has brought it to a head.
I have been arguing that we should stick with him and still think so, at least until the end of the season but if that's not going to happen then I just hope we've got a plan for the next man up and he'd better be bloody good.
The official site has crashed by the way.

Agree with this, there's a lot of raw feelings right now but you can't say Levy hasn't done the right thing here.

My head sees this:

My heart sees this:

This will take a lot of time to process, but I think it was the right decision.

Thank you, Poch.

Funny really, we've not been competitive for quite some time now, but the media folk still seem to think that we can't do better than bottom half right now o_O

Because many of them know the significance and difficulty of what he did with us and aren’t writing it off like some of our fans.

When I first saw I got a notification from Spurs and saw the horrible news it felt like someone I knew died. I was in total chock, could barely breathe. It may sound like I’m massively overreacting but that is what I felt because I was so sure Poch would turn things around and now I will have to witness him achieve mayor things with another club. I had to go to the balcony and get some fresh air, I honestly didn’t think the board and the fucking useless players would do this to him. After all he did to us and he could’ve left us but he was loyal unlike us. I’m gutted

Fuck the board and fuck the players that wanted him out

With that being said whoever comes in as manager will have my support and patience. But I know that person won’t do a better job with Poch unless he gets a lot of money to spend

Frankly I find the shit and personal insults being thrown around about Levy pretty disgusting.

I’m sad Poch has left but no rational person can say it wasnt deserved. We’ve been shit for nearly a year.

Anyone listening to Harry Redknapp on Sky? He just said Spurs spoke to Ancelloti and Rodgers while he was still managing the club not long before we sacked him. Then he said Poch spoke to Man U last season and it was ‘all but done’ ?

Yeah his answer to the Man Utd comment was amusing and a dead giveaway.

I’ve been following the odds and they are changing by the minute
mourinho was 1/5 went out to 5/4 back to evens
Benitez was 12/1 backed into 3/1 now back out to 14/1
Howe was 9/1 backed into 5/4 now out to 3/1
Allegri was 9/1 went out to 12/1 now backed into 3/1

this is within the last half hour

I really dont like the way Poch was not backed for 2 TWs and now Enic blame him for net getting the best out of some players who are clearly past their use by date.

The board must accept some responsibility for this situation.

Not happy.
