Ones that are in love with themselves is the answer.
No not at all, Parish has always come across as half normal when it comes to football club owners, especially in this era.
The guy spoke a lot of sense, how refreshing is it to see someone at that level do an interview live, could you honesty see DL do something like that?

I recorded the game but knew the result.

I didn't think we were ever in any danger throughout the game, and during both half's our close passing was exceptional.

Couple of observations, Johnson has earned a start, and Vicario is the steal of the Summer transfer window, his three key saves during the game won us the three points in my humble opinion.

Incredible fearless football and fuck what the "pundits" think.

Levy is a completely different beast tho, it’s apples and oranges.

Lovely to wake up to find us 5 points clear at the top of the PL. Long may it continue.

Watched the game this morning. Solid performance overall imo - controlled the game, especially in the 2nd half, and got a little bit loose towards the end.

The decision for Palace's goal is absolutely outrageous though - it so obviously comes off Ayew's arm. Sheer incompetence not to be able to see that.

Not going to worry about the goal.

I watched as many replays as the VAR official - and there just was not a definitive view of the ball touching his arm. He was pulling it away as the ball was dropping, so it was impossible to see any contact. Just one of those things.
I felt the camera behind the goal clearly showed the ball’s path to be different to if it had just hit his chest/shoulder. It curved like it was rolling along his arm.
Maddison seemed pretty sure too the way he was complaining to the 4th official.

And the ref at the end.

To me it's obvious the VAR had no absolute certainty of whether the ball hit his arm. The footage they used for reviewing were so ambiguous/ineffective/blurry, In the end it's more of a benefit of doubt that they gave it to them. Because not giving it they may be under another stressful questioning after the game by Palace and media yet again while involving us. Also it's so late in the game while we were still leading, so they were just choosing the less detrimental outcome and gamble on that it wouldn't affect the result after all.

Agree. He was open and honest where he could be and gave genuine opinions.
