I think he's got a lot of potential. He brings something different. If Poch likes him I think this could be a good gamble at £12M if that is the release clause.

Admittedly I haven't seen him a huge amount but when I have he always impresses, looks lively and leaves me with the feeling he could become a really good player. I wouldn't mind him being added to the squad.

Looking very dangerous for England U21s vs Poland. Scored a nice goal as well. Definitely has some promise if Poch fancies a project. Looks better than Redmond at this level.

For those more knowledgeable about the England u21's than me. How come there are no Spurs players in the England set-up?

Would now be a good time to mention that my hit rate for us signing players when I start the thread is 66.666%

The Tim Sherwood of thread starting!

Gray would actually be a decent signing but bit part initially, not first teamer to make straight impact. Hes young and has some great attributes and poch did go for him before he chose leicester as thought he'd get more playing time (he does have a PL winning medal so cant blame him now on hindsight lol)

He played up top last night too, although was in many forward positions the first 25 minutes that I saw. I didn't realise he had that in him, which made me a bit more interested.

Think he looks pretty good personally. Depends on cost though

The issue is, we keep buying these 'pretty good' pacey wingers, and thus far they haven't really worked out. We may be better biting the bullet and going for someone who's more of a sure thing - the issue is that they tend to be bloody expensive

Mane at 34 looks a snip by today's values

Not as much of a snip as Deli

I'd love to have Gray and the club along as he has the same attitude as Alli and tries and forces himself in to the First team plans.

He played ever so well yesterday, starting ahead of Abraham in an unnatural position.

I reckon with the right coaching, he could be a world beater.

As Spurs are one of the clubs with most scouts at the U21's then I'd be surprised if he didn't receive praise after yesterday.
