Sloth - we disagree on the passing ability of Zokora. I think it's patchy and limited. Whereas Ramos praised O'Hara's control of the game in the second half at Derby, and I really can't imagine Zokora dictating the tempo in that fashion.
The other main issue though is whether the problem is Zokora's reading of the game or his lack of discipline. I entirely agree that Ramos has given players strictly defined roles, and this has helped them a lot. If Zokora's problem is a lack of discipline in playing the C/DM role, then Ramos will be able to solve this on the training ground and in his match instructions. And we'll see a super C/DM, as you say.
