Would be in the PEH mold then. Someone to come on and sure up a lead or add stability when needed. This is what I think we'll miss if/when PEH leaves as it's the one thing he's consistently and quite capably done well this season. He isn't really attacking although he does have 5 goals this season as he does get into the box from time to time but he is more of a reserved player. His passing isn't adventures but he will try the occasional through ball, quite a few side to side passes, but he does hold on to the ball well and can dribble. Not like Bentancur but more that he will push the ball past players and use his strong physicality. Not that he has bad technique tho. He rarely looses the ball. He is a very physically solid CM that has very good positioning and defensive awareness. 100% can see why Ange would like him. He's a vital part of Atalanta's team.
But not HG, neither are Werner, Dragusin or Nusa. It’s gonna be an issue.Much more sense and value than CG imo

Nusa could go on the U21 list for the Premier League until 2027/28, but then would be non-HG. Its already too late for him to ever qualify as HG for PL squads. One of the them potentially could be
Yep. Maybe they simply keep Skipp around or promote from the youth for the squad option. Or maybe they get CG as well after shifting out PEH or something, but that seems unlikely/too good to be true. But not HG, neither are Werner, Dragusin or Nusa. It’s gonna be an issue.
To become homegrown includes the season they become 21 (the end of the season during which they turn 21) so by my maths Nusa would be homegrown for PLNusa could go on the U21 list for the Premier League until 2027/28, but then would be non-HG. For UEFA comps, he'd have to be registered on List A for 2024/25 and 2025/26, but i think would qualify as club-trained thereafter.
A player needs to be registered for 3 full years before the end of the season during which he turns 21. Nusa will be 21 on 17th April 2026, which means he would need to have been registered at the start of this season to eventually qualify as HG.To become homegrown includes the season they become 21 (the end of the season during which they turn 21) so by my maths Nusa would be homegrown for PL
