Dier is training with Tottenham this week instead as an attempt to force himself into the clubs starting eleven defence. #THFC

This is why he was on the piss Sunday night after we had just been played off the park by stoke. Spurs must of had a day off the next day, although he was with Kane who was equally as pissed by all accounts

I'd give him a go at CB now. Can't be worse than Kaboul, Chiriches or Fazio right now.

Play McQueen at RB. And while we're at it, play Ogilvie at LB.

If Walker is back vs Hull, there is simply no excuse as to why Dier isnt at CB that game next to Vertonghen. Sorry. He's shown more at a foreign position in 2 months than Kaboul has in 2 seasons(that he's had a bit of PT) at his natural position and than Fazio has this year.
Walker Dier Vertonghen Rose/Davies vs Hull. Must be the back 4 for the next couple PL matches.

Very good attitude.
Hardworking Player.

I really like him, he does what the manager call even if the work is he can't really fit in.

Bright future will be with him. ( I want to see him playing with vertonghen very soon )

Deserves a run as a fucking CB as soon as Walker is back.

if all were healthy and available for selection, I'd like to see this back 4:

walker dier vertonghen davies

it's been so long, are we ever gonna see walker again? :(

Were they down your local or was this reliable info from 'some bloke off Twitter'?

Harry Kane doesn't drink
I thought I heard this too. Would be suicidal to go out boozing the night after your first Prem start as well.

On Dier, he's gonna be a class act and needs to play CB regularly when Walker is back

Dier is 100% right but I bet he gets panned by the tabloids for this.

He's probably seen how bad our centre backs are and with walker coming back, knows he won't get in at right back, so wants to try and win a place at centre back.

Personally, I'd like to see him get a run there from now (once naughton finishes his suspension) until the January transfer window to see if he can establish himself. Won't happen though with all the chopping and changing.

Love Diers attitude, I can see how he was captain throughout Sporting Lisbons youth ranks.

Would definitely like to see him get some games alongside Vertonghen, but I think it could ruin his development and increase the pressure on Poch if he doesn't perform.

Fantastic attitude really. I know we have been short of players so he has had to fill in at RB but its clear he doesn't have the athleticism to excel in that position within Pochettino's system. His future is at CB, the sooner he plays there the better for himself and the team.

And before you know it there will be supporters saying how crap he is, just another bad buy. You know it would happen.
