That's Chelsea, West Ham, Arsenal and United now we've been outplayed. Ridiculously lucky to get 2 points from those games.

By no means do I want him gone, but he has to look at himself and improve on his dire, lacklustre tactics when we're up against it. We'll go nowhere if he leads us like this in the big games.

To be honest I just dread going to/watching the next game. Not an enjoyable way to support a football club. So insufferably boring and if we don’t win then it’s absolutely soul destroying

Nice to see some of us are waking up to Nuno in a wig it’s dreadful it’s not sustainable and to be honest if it’s not him and the players who are reverting to this deep negative shit he needs to call them out.

all that money and we're left with this shit? not for me.

he's had a whole pre-season and summer window, which we we were all told was going to make a massive difference, and this is as good as he can do?
Our best premier league after 10 games isn’t too bad

Genuinely think that's an unforgivable performance. Sick to the back teeth of "winner" managers who insist on dull football and then oversee us being battered in the big games anyway. Don't think another PL team will be as feeble as we were tonight, and we've got two of the best attacking players in the world. Pathetic.

Currently coaching some of the worst football I've watched in a while.
Like someone said in the match thread, our football hasn’t been enjoyable (at least on a consistent level) since Pochettino was coach.

However, someone else stated that they’d rather enjoy our performances without winning, which I wholeheartedly disagree with. IF we won something playing like this, I’ll unquestionably take it, but it is not remotely fun to watch.

I defended Conte all season due to how we played last season. But this looks like a relegation team and he'll take us nowhere if he doesn't adapt.

I'd also argue it's highly unlikely we'll win anything playing like this.

I don't understand Conte. To get to half time at 0-0 was a miracle. Why did he send out the exact same team and shape second half? Why did he leave it until 75 mins to make a change? And then one of those changes is a cb, and puts Sessegnon at rwb, then brings on Spence and Skipp with a min to go? Why?

Why is it other teams can bring in managers and they get their teams playing exciting football yet all we can do is constantly sit deep and pray for a counter? I absolutely detest this style of football. I really can't cope with it at all. I don't even care about losing but at least let the other team know they've been in a game and worked hard for it. I have no respect for this style of play. I have barely enjoyed our wins let alone our losses.

I just want to see us out play a team, a decent team. Just once and I'll be satisfied.

Totally agree. Ive not felt this angry after a game in a while. We were 10 times worse than we were at Arsenal the other week, Im actually disgusted with that.

Conte's approach to playing 'big teams' away from home has to change and instil that mindset into the players.

We are beaten both physically and mentally far too easily against our contemporaries and when it becomes a clear trend, it's worrying.

It's the coaching. Players weren't great tonight by any distance, but this negative football sits with the manager.

We've beaten teams currently 20th, 19th, 18th, 15th, 14th, 12th and 8th, and we were lucky in a lot of those.

Thing is, we won't - which tonight showed. You just cannot be this defensive and win; it worked for Leicester and Greece, but a) there's so much luck involved and b) surely we should be trying to be better than that.

Suppose I'm also in a minority (I would think) that doesn't care about style of football. Don't care if the matches are enjoyable. At this stage of my Spurs supporting life I'm here for the success (lol) whichever way it comes.

But if you're not winning , as we saw with Jose , I know it'll turn. And I completely understand those that want the ride to be enjoyable and with attacking football

They should be refunding those fans that went

Gave him the benefit of the doubt vs Arsenal but it’s one to many now, he’s not what he thinks he is and I’m verging on once he’s worked out he has no tactical plan.

Managers are paid to problem solve not make problems
