So from what I'm seeing on twitter, he's just been banned from or disqualified from working within football for 2.5 years. Sanctions valid in England as well.

I actually give up with this fucking club.
It’s constant bad news.
Nothing but negativity.
I’m better off without.

How would an Italian court have any jurisdiction here? On paper this seems not to be an issue?

you're kidding yourself if you think an inexperienced tradesman with supreme tools can do what an experienced tradesman can do with a bunch of mediocre tools
Good job I don't think that, then. But an experienced tradesman with good tools will do a better job than an experienced tradesman with mediocre tools. This is the toughest league in the world.

I'm pretty sure if a meteor were to hit Earth it would land on the centre circle of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium........then bounce onto our training complex.

Gold now reporting that the court have asked FIFA/UEFA to extend the ruling. But O'Keefe has also said he can of course appeal.....

But what about the Zaniolo deal? Does this mean Levy has to negotiate that one instead as its with an Italian club?! Faaaaccckkkk.

HE DOESN'T SIGN THE CHEQUES OR HAVE THE FINAL CALL.

Honestly are some of you lot on Levy's payroll or something?
Fonseca said ‘the agreement was done’ but it was Paratici who stopped him from joining due to the latter wanting the manager to play more defensive football.

“The agreement was done. We were planning the pre-season and Tottenham wanted an offensive coach,” he said.

“It wasn’t announced but we planned pre-season players. But things changed when the new managing director arrived and we didn’t agree with some ideas and he preferred another coach.

“I have some principles. I wanted to be coach of the great teams but I want the right project and a club where the people believe in my ideas, my way to play, and this didn’t happen with the managing director.

“It’s what the chairman and the sporting director (Steve Hitchen) asked for. To build a team who can play attractive and offensive football and I was ready for that. I cannot be a different way. All my teams will have these intentions. In Rome or Shakhtar in the Champions League against the biggest teams, I’m not sending out my teams to defend near their own box.”

Reading those quotes from Paulo Fonseca, He seems like he has quite a lot of Control. The evidence is there that he has had the final say on the Managers selection and also manged to convince Daniel Levy to change his original strategy of hiring an attacking manager, this also made Daniel Levy look quite foolish because of the previous video/comment Levy made to the fans about bringing in an attacking manager and yet he still allowed it.

I also know that Fabio Paratici has been give full autonomy to completely reshape the Academy from the top down, including bringing in Gretar Steinsson and also completely overhauling the Scouting Network. Also the way we conduct Transfers now is eerily similar to the way Juventus conducted Transfers under Fabio Paratici.

For somebody who does not have Full Control, he certainty has a lot of Control.

You'd think FIFA would make it a worldwide ban otherwise there's no deterrent.

This has surely massive consequences for us and how we are/have been operating in the transfer market - are we not supposed to be talking about this, since the Paratici thread is closed?

What is going on?!

It’s not really clear if it’s an Italian ban or world wide though at the moment. I’d suggest it’s just in Italy as I haven’t seen anything from uefa or fifa to suggest it’s anything more than that. There’s always something though isn’t there.

If it’s a world wide ban we’ll ditch him i would think. Not going to keep him on the payroll all that time doing nothing. I’m scared Hitchen will be back.

And in this minutiae we've summed up our club's mentality perfectly.

You can't force players to leave, but players can't force Club's to register them in the 25.

If players know we're took weak to replace them first, then there's still a hope. Especially when the manager changes, which also creates bad incentives.

Wanyama won't go to Brugge, and more attractive club's don't want him?

I guess he'll have to stay with us, and we'll roll without a replacement and Winks + Sissoko, eventually spend £10-15m on Manager sackings, and finish 6th.

OR say

"Victor mate, you were great for us but your injuries have caught up and it's over. You won't be in the 25 as there's no room because we've bought your replacement.

If you won't go to Brugge, or even on a loan to buy - then you won't be playing any football this year I'm afraid. Up to you."

You can't do that with 5 players in 1 window, but no club should ever be so mis-managed that they would ever need to.

Arsenal have been ruthless at moving players on. We haven't.
Yeah and he wasn't registered for CL after winter transfer window when we didn't any spots left.

If it comes to that, this hasn't exactly been a secret. So DL will have been eyeing up candidates. Going back to SH won't happen
