We really are a ducking shambles of a supposed football club! Top to bottom, absolute joke of a club! No way Harry stays in summer.

get me a manager who plays youth and attractive football!

so many players need fucking off though, it we will be here in 12 months with the same players downing. Tools and another manager being thrown under bus.

i agree he needed to go, but fuck me! I hate some of these players.

Odds with Paddy Power

Mason 1-5
Poch 6-1
Glasner 11-1 (wonder if he would bring David Soul in as coach)
Tuchel 12-1
Enrique 16-1
De Zerbi 20-1
Celtic manager 22-1
Frank 25-1
Rodgers Kompany Amorim Gallardo Silva 33-1
Celtic manager for me

Anyone who is so good he doesn't have a name is clearly the man

Yep. @Hotspur88 found the emoji button on their phone!!
Thanks fortuitously I skipped to the last page and saw his message..... lovely stuff... happy to see the back of Antonio Conte..... he wasn't as insufferable as Jose was but I'm happy his bland football has ended. Hopefully a top attacking possession based manager is incoming.

10 games is more than 1/4 of the season and it's going to be in Mason's hands? Probably a little bounce after getting rid of Conte but what else does he have to offer? He's 31 with zero experience apart from 6 games after Jose went,we had a bit of fun when Bale finally got some minutes but remember us being absolutely schooled by Bielsa's Leeds after he tried to go toe to toe with them, any comparison with Arteta is ridiculous,Arteta was Pep's number 2 for a good couple of seasons,Mason probably puts the cones out . Would any other premiership club or championship club for that matter consider Ryan Mason for their manager?

And if Poch or Tuchel don't get it now then it would appear that they aren't going to get it at all.

Get Hodd to help him for the last few games.

Has a feeling of attempting to get back on top of the whole PR thing. The next week or two you’d hope no longer they’ll be sending that white smoke signal out like announcing a new Pope. This should be on the main website rather than the corner flag, they might as well take the piss out of themselves.

Is there an argument that even a free agent manager may prefer to come in at the start of pre-season with a clean slate, rather on the tail end on an existing season?

IIRC Conte was apprehensive about taking the role mid-season.
I don't see an issue in fact the manager has ten games to assess players currently here and then preseason or scout by watching players like Gill & Spence out on loan.

Di Marzio saying a decision expected in the next 48 hours.

Edit - oh never mind, he's quoting Sky who were reading the Telegraph.
