So it looks like the highly rated Grady Diangana is signing for West Brom after an impressive loan spell last year and the best bit is the reaction from the West Ham fans! They are furious ?

Looks like villa maybe getting Wilson for £20 mil, and matty cash from forest for £16mil, if they get those. How can we have less cash than them
For signings? I know people are going to say covid/stadium, but it just doesn’t seem right.

Their income has gone up by £100m per year or more since they were in the Championship.

As I've said recently - put simply, it's like asking why someone on £20k who has a £10k pay rise could go out and afford to buy a £5-10k Rolex, but a guy on £30k can't necessarily afford do it.

Especially when the guy on £30k has just bought a big expensive london property

Seen a few people talk about him as a potential solution for Spurs. Will be interesting to see how he does. But equally worth pointing out he cost more than Doherty.

Aston Villa signed players for over £140 million last season and hardly any outgoing transfers. They seems flushed with cash and are able to spend such a high sum on a Championship player.
They have that Leeds mk.2 smell all over. Imagine them being relegated last season....

Everton adding James Rodriguez, Allan, and Doucoure to their squad this summer looks really solid business. I think they will improve a lot this season.

everton always add a lot of flash to their squad every summer, but they dont add substance. ( may change with doucoure) but still think they'll struggle again.

They are pretty good signings though IMO. I'd have been happy if we had signed any of those guys.

Loves his discos which a shame as he is a brilliant player

That's been the downfall of many a young talent ...

How likely is it that someone returns to the form they showed 6 years ago?

depends how motivated they are i guess. He may enjoy/thrive being a big fish in a small pond like when he's with the national team. when he's been at real/bayern hes been a bit part player at huge clubs.

I actually just looked at his stats and, apart from last season where Zidane completely snubbed him, he’s always posted good numbers.

He’ll probably be a good signing for them, even if he’s unlikely to fulfil that early superstar promise now.

How come kolasinac, sokratis worth so much??

They're not. Will be under 20m for both of them. Torreira may be a loan.

Remember they start at minus £30m for payments to be made for Saliba and Pepe.

They sell Bellerin, that will pay for Gabriel. They will loan Ceballos again, effectively have paid £15m and don't own the player.

They sell Laca, they may get 1 midfielder but then become totally dependent on PEA for goals.
