Ryan Fraser leaving Bournemouth on July 1st, refused even a short term extension.
From speaking to a few family members who support Bournemouth it sounds like he's not been on great terms with the management or some of the players all season because of the contract situation. Hence his poor form this season. Whether that's his fault or not is another debate.Ryan Fraser to leave Bournemouth after rejecting short-term contract extension

I have a degree of sympathy, but mostly I just think this is incredibly shitty.
A bit like Eriksen with us, they got him cheaply because he ran down his contract, so they can’t complain too much. It is a bit shitty to leave in the middle of a relegation fight, but he’s been peripheral this year anyway.Ryan Fraser to leave Bournemouth after rejecting short-term contract extension

While I can understand not wanting to get injured, he’s let his team-mates down too. Difficult position but he’ll be remembered poorly if they go down. It's only the middle of the relegation fight because of Covid. He wants to move on so I don't see any blame attached to him.

I'd imagine he couldn't play for them unless he was registered so unless he signs another contract of some sort he doesn't have a choice.
Not before the new season, the 25 man squads for these last nine games have been sent in and no changes can be made to those. But he is free to sign for another club, as will then be on a free transfer.... But is he allowed to play for another club if he signs?
Werner done and dusted.
Two deals done even before the window has opened.
Targets identified, negotiated and secured. That's how you do business.
I look forward to Hojbjerg coming in Jan.

Rumours in Germany Thiago wont extend with Bayern and is considering to sign for Liverpool.
Oh dear.
Imagine this is just agent sourced for contract negotiations.
Milner is there for another 2 years, Wijnaldum has 1 year. Perhaps they'll sell that roaring success Keita who was going to tear up the league!
