What cocnerns me isnt the scoreline, what really concerns me is the identity of the team and what we are doing in training that has us produce a performance as inept as that.

Ive said this last season and will reiterate this - we are a team who is playing less than the sum of its parts. I look at Arsenal and they look like theyre well coached and know what theyre doing, more fluid - and they started off int he exact same position than us and changed managers similiar time.

Mourinho could be 3 or 4 games from the sack if we play like that the next fortnight. It's a dangerous precedent, but if I was Levy I would be asking senior players like Kane and Lloris for their views on what is going wrong. For the whole team to be so lethargic in the season opener at home is extremely worrying.

Not sure what he was thinking with that change at half time. Nothing particularly controversial about the starting line up but that was Juandesque levels of a strange choice.

Alex Ferguson told his players they will not play if they cannot find Van Persie

Mourinho should start telling those bozos starting with Sonny, that they will not play if they can't find Harry Kane.

First game I know so can't jump to conclusions.

But their doesn't seem to be any improvement. At all. Players at his disposal aren't great but even still his tactics/ the way he wants to play is just weird.

Just here to laugh at everyone’s meltdowns
Ha! That Sissoko sub was awful though. Even if the substitution was forced on him, there were ways to make one without ruining the shape, which was working fairly well first half.

So static. No fluidity in our movement. Everyone just stays in their designated zone. Long balls from Toby and Eric galore. Predictable from front to back.

All blame on Levy, If you want to blame it on Jose, who hired him? But to me It is much more to do with squad stagnation earlier on and even more for being antithesis to audere est facere for quite a few seasons.

That 2nd half was very Sheff U away like. Once we went behind we were terrible and Jose's substitutions made no difference. Made us worse, if anything

Certainly not one of his best days!
