I completely agree about these players. The issue is when they are being coached to sit back they have to think more.

When you coach high intensity pressing and being in the front foot, there's less thinking, you just do.

You've been patient all along like me but I think I've turned tonight because the players aren't responding now and we're just going backwards at an alarming rate, are you still Jose in or are yo Jose out now?

Just incase you’re looking for his post match interview...

‘We let them have the ball first half. Totally in control of the situation. Individual error. Bossed the second half. They were hanging on at the end.'

Worryingly one of our tactics seems to be the long diagonal from the cb
But not from our cultured, passing cb who can spray the ball around.
Oh no, give it to dier to hoof it up there.
And Chelsea just pressed Davies until he had no option but to pass it back to dier, time and again.
So basic
Errr neither of our CBs are passing CB's and they both are deluded in their own ability but they have no choice as Sissoko literally today was running to their player as soon as we had the ball

It was like a 5 a side match, when a player who is having a stinker, is chasing the other team despite having the ball, just so they can look busy

The fucking people saying its the squad not the manager and that the squad needs an overhaul are the same people 16 months ago who were mocking some of us for saying that exact fucking thing as apparently we were obsessed with the previous manager.

We said it was the squad then. They’d stabbed Poch in the back (he too hadnt Helped himself) it was obvious. He couldn’t motivate them any more. The same thing has happened now. Anyway, it’s not about Poch.

Watched the game because we heard some stuff about Jose going around trying to get everyone on board again.

Holding on to see some kind of reaction. But we didn't tonight.

Chelsea was god damn awful, but the sad part is we were even more.

Redknapp for the rest of the season please. Let's try and enjoy our work that is football - not 11 men behind the ball not trying.

He cannot legislate for DIer doing what he did tonight but im sorry its as clear as day that hes lost the dressing room and now the inevitable has to happen. Problem is i cant for the life of me see where we go from here as 2/3 of this squad is bottom half quality.

In order to do both, with equal effectiveness all you need to have as a team is a work ethic and a willingness to fight. These players would look twice the players they are if they could actually give a shit.

We had a single set of balls on that field today, and they are square between Hojberg’s legs.

These are things that we are paying ridiculous amounts of money in weekly wages for. They should show up for the game regardless of shitty tactics.

These players aren't rubbish. Sissoko, Toby, Dier, Aurier, Dele, Winks were all prominent in Spurs teams which challenged for the title and reached Champions League finals. If they've all gone totally to pot and are only mid-table standard, you have to question the coach.

I was joking. But he’s giving this interview! He can fuck off now, I’ve had enough.

You've been as patient and hopeful as I have. But after seeing absolutely 0 improvement for a while, it's becoming clear that the players just aren't responding. It's not entirely his 'fault', for lack of a better word as many of the players are just bang average and lack the mentality to succeed. However, it needs a coach that can get them going and Jose is clearly struggling.

Cup runs aside, something has gone on and I'm 1 foot in the wanting him out camp. And that really saddens me. As per @spursfan77 I thought he was going to bring some shiny trophies. Spursy indeed, to break one of the worlds most successful managers.
There isn't one. How can there be? If a chummy, arms-around-the-shoulders type like Poch can't do it, and a saturnine, disciplinarian like Mourinho can't do it, who the hell can? I'm really disappointed in this squad. They act like a bunch of losers. It's pathetic.
