I think Foyth could be one for the future and love the fact that he wants to come to Spurs. If the price is the issue though, that will have to change or he will not be coming.

But if he holds firm for long enough and PSG move on, leaving ours as the only offer, will that change things?

But didn't we understand that they desperately needed cash this window?

apparently they are not that desperate, perhaps they would accept our offer if foyth rejects PSG
Nah, the debt was worth 2/3m
I do think, as I've said before, that 10m euros was too much.

I think the 20% sell on clause is what stopped the deal.

I'd wait for official confirmation though. The news originates from a not very reputable source. Castillo is, but I don't know if he's quoting the same person or not

I think he looks really interesting. Calm, tall och great with the ball. Pochettino can turn this kid into a good Premier League defender.

A new Toby in there?

He may still be available according to this link :

All reports suggest he (and his parents) seem to favour a move to the Premiership and with us having such a relatively young squad that will surely appeal ?

"Estudiantes president Juan Sebastian Veron has said Foyth will be sold as the club need the money."

What a thing to say. Club must be on its uppers if 13m euros can make a difference. I suppose it would be too much to hope that PSG will reel their necks in after the Neymar deal?

Since UEFA are supposedly asking questions about how they can afford Neymar I can't imagine them adding a bit more on the bill for a young CB

The deal they had with Zenit to sell their best player (Ascasibar) fell through. So maybe they need to sell Foyth now

I do like the look of this guy and I hope we can get this deal done. I get the feeling we will end up regretting it if we don't.

The managers of professional soccer of Students have been working hard in the last weeks so that the sale of Juan Foyth to the European soccer arrives at good port and generates an important income of money to the club. Offers are not missing, but still have not been able to agree all parties.

The Paris Saint Germain intends to stay with the central defender in exchange for 11 million dollars, in a negotiation that in the Pincha see with good eyes. But as this media advanced in its edition of yesterday, the numbers do not conform all the parties involved.

Beyond the silver, sources close to the soccer player indicate that it does not seduce to him to be player of the PSG since it would not have place in the equipment. At the moment the squad of the Parisian equipment is plagued of players in its position and, the desire of Foyth, would be to go to a club where it can add the greater amount of minutes.

That is why the offer of Tottenham is not yet down, despite the fact that in the numbers is less than that of the whole of the French league. The Premier League seduces and much to the defender as well as his relatives and, moreover, would have more consideration within the squad.

On the other hand, and while looking to close his move to the Old Continent, Foyth trains under the orders of Gustavo Matosas and is even out to start next week when Estudiantes receives Nacional de Potosí for the 16th round of the South American. It could be the farewell of the category 1998 with the albirroja t-shirt, with which it played until the moment eight parties.

I definitely think we can offer a better place in the equipment, so let's hope we seduce him beyond the silver.
