I really don't know what's going on with this one. At the beginning I thought the PSG offer was to pressure us and never existed, but I no longer have a clue.
There are a lot of things that seems strange. For instance they claim he prefers Spurs because he won't play at PSG, yet they only have 3 CBs. He will find more difficult to get game time with us than with PSG imo

I think its the media bull shit that has made it confusing. They are just trying to fill papers and as they aren't local media they aren't that in touch with both ends of this. If PSG wanted him I would of thought this would of been wrapped up by now.

Is he even any good? If his dream was to come to the pl and he was good there'd be a few clubs jumping in.

Considering he's only played 8-10 first team games apparently and they've all come in Argentina, I doubt most people know. It's one to trust the scouts on if it happens.

yeah that was my thinking as well. been reading eldia most days to see any updates

seems like the last one its the club that is forcing him to psg and the player isnt exactly thrilled with their decision but that he understands the clubs financial issues with their AFA fine needing to be paid

If true that he has gone to PSG, that's a concern, as I fully expect Wimmer to move on, and we haven't really been linked with any other CB's.
Technically Mawson and Gibson, but they were both being quoted at around £25m, which I can't see Levy paying.
Whoever comes in for Wimmer (if he goes), will be for less than we sell Wimmer for, which means young with potential, so less likely to be demanding over game time.

PSG have been ‘failed to agree’ personal terms with Juan Foyth as the player continues to favour a move to Tottenham. [CalcioMercato]

El Dia, an local Argentinian media outlet, have said he's now agreed to join PSG. Tbh I'm not sure what CalcioMercato, an Italian media outlet, would know about Foyth to PSG.

I wonder how PSG will work around the FFP, because Marca are reporting they've agreed the price for the transfer of Mbappe (160m). Add that to the 200m of Neymar.
Even if this transfer is nothing in relation it all adds up to a huge sum

maybe just spending and spending while they can, knowing that they will receive a ban for a window or two.

Maybe they'll have to sell us Rabiot now...
