Am told Trevor Brooking is pushing for Brendan hence that rather curious comment from Harry that the England job is for someone with experience ...it seems Trevor Brooking is
Harry s nemesis as far as the England job is concerned............................................. now if you were Brendan what would you do ?

But Brendan Rogers is Northern Irish, not sure why he would be higher on the list than say, Martin O'Neill. Great coach but England would be a duff step for him and he knows it.

Its obvious Brooking is impressed with Swanseas style of play and knows with a supposed higher calibre of players at Englands disposal he can do wonders for the national side

Loosely speaking yeah. He used to be. I think he's some sort of journo or coffee boy at a newspaper or something, because normally his 'info' appears in one of the rags, might be the Daily Mail shortly after he's posted it.

I s'pose the obvious point is that in the very short time he'll have with the players he won't be able to get his ideas across .

But from Swansea to England , you sure he'd turn his nose up... 6 mill/year no use :shrug:
