Those wanting a really good, objective view from a WHU supporter should listen to the conversation with Toby Cudworth on RTR. Good insight into machinations with new part-owner and a realistic appraisal of their squad.

So tomorrow we're likely to hear 90 solid mins of chanting about them being champions of Europe... the guys I sit with have already said they're going to get proper wound up about it (I think it's quite funny myself) but what if anything can we chant back in response (other than laughter)
We know what you are West Ham are small-time we know what you are 🎶

We know what you are Stratford Rent Boys we know what you are 🎶

Even Barnet own their ground, even Barnet own their ground 🎶

He played for Spurs, Alf Ramsey ,he played for Spurs, we won the world cup Tottenham Hotspur we won the world cup 🎶 😏😉 (well if they can embellish it it, so can we !!!!)

Be careful with one of them. You will be arrested especially as we refer to Chelsea as one of them. (y)

They are pretty quiet. Half a chant about being champions that was laughed at. Don’t think they’re in the mood.

If they somehow manage to win the EFL Carabao Cup this season, does this mean they're going to spend the rest of this season and next singing that they're Champions of England ?

I think you have to win the Papa John's Pizzas trophy to make that claim.

If Spammers fans had to have their facts checked on things they claim to be true and on opinions they claim to be credible, to anyone else other than them they would look and sound patently ridiculous.

The latest one on a few Kumb forum posts is that they think that neither we, Villa or Newcastle are good enough to finish 4th, but by the same token they truly believe that they are every bit capable of finishing anywhere from 4th to 7th.

So let me get this straight, leaving Newcastle and Villa aside, they genuinly think they have a chance, albeit an outside chance of 4th based on the fact they think the could also finish 5th 6th or 7th but in the same breath they think neither our fans or our club have got any right to even dare think that we could possibly finish 4th because they claim that we're simply not good enough !!!

This is the same club who think we're the most hated club in the league because we think we're better than we are and in their words they think we have delusions of grandeur.

Such is their blind outright biased prejudice about us that they cannot even bare to say what most other fans objectively think is possible. That we could potentially finish 4th. Most fans around the country other than them are likely to conclude objectively that we have a better chance of finishing 4th than they do.

I'm not saying that we will finish 4th but we do have a genuine chance of doing so.

The difference between a number of Spurs fans and a number of West Ham fans is that I guenuily believe that they've latched onto and created an extremely one sided rivalry between them and us that is so ridiculous that they let that blind prejudice cloud any sensible and rational judgement about us that completely overcomes them when mentioning us or talk about us.

Don't get me wrong I'm not a fan of Arsenal and that's stating the obvious, but I wouldn't completely discount the possibility that they could win the league this season. The fact that I don't want them to win it in a million years is neither here nor there, I'm not so unobjective and blinkered to think they couldn't possibly do it, they are in the running and their chances should not be underestimated or written off.

Had a weird West Ham related dream last night.

I was at a David Moyes press conference and he was complaining that their players had been doing unprofessional things in training and games lately, and that he’d told them in no uncertain terms that it had to stop. When asked what they’d been doing he said that whenever they went in for a tackle or challenge, they’d all sing the theme tune to the 80s Ewoks cartoon.

One journo asked him what the tune went like, and he proceeded to sing it, and do lunging actions to the words.
“We are the E E E E Eeeewoks“

Anyway, long story short, should I seek psychiatric help?

Immediately. Dreaming about West Ham is problematic to start with!
