Further to my last on this, I used to save the stupid member packs got them going back years and the pins I have a sticky board full of Spurs pins a few scarves and coasters and things they were important and now they say hand over the cash but we will not give you anything substantial in return.. an online voucher most will probably never use. I used to get a Birthday card every year, Im a grown man but his year and last no card and I missed them. The divide between club and fan is ever bigger ever vast and I dont think it will ever be the same again.
Not with ENIC, no. They dont give a shit about the fans. They do the odd thing on social media to act like they do but they dont. If they did, they wouldnt charge double our rivals for the one game fans are allowed to go to in the middle of a pandemic where everyone is struggling. They wouldn’t have released that mealy mouthed, carefully curated by Donna, non-apology apologetic word salad of a statement saying they are giving a fan a place on the board(which I’ll believe when I see) after releasing a statement after the ESL debacle that pretty much said “we regret you’re unhappy”.

Im not a big anti ENIC fan like some because I remember life before ENIC and it was not good. Under Sugar and the like and ENIC actually did save THFC from maybe even disappearing altogether. But now the conglomeratism, the disconnect from their fans is growing and growing and its not about trophies for me teams that win trophies on the whole deserve them because they worked hard even if the best players were purchased for that team they still had to work at it. Our lot recently have not even wanted to do that. We have good players who will never be remembered as great players because they never gave that little bit extra that great players do. You think the likes of Ronaldo and Messi dont turn up for a Champions League final? Anyway the club have forgotten their fans so I will go back to just supporting the Spurs I love before I had a little bit of cash to spend on the team I love who replied in kind. Now they dont reply at all.

I have just cancelled. I have been a member for I dont know 25yrs I suppose, worked my way up the list and became a ST holder. Then the ST prices for the new stadium became too ridiculous I have other considerations and could not justify the asking price so I gave up my ST. After all that they stuck me at the back to 66k on the list so much for loyalty huh? Now they want us to hand over £48 + we have to pay a processing fee? For this we get what? a £15 voucher??? NO!!! Had enough!! I love THFC thats in my blood cant be removed but now they really are taking the fans for granted and are actually taking the piss and thats not right. Now I will spend my £50 and buy a home shirt or something. I have never felt so disconnected from the club until now. The players dont seem to want to play especially the games that matter, the management just want our cash?? I know the world changes but this is too much... there used to be a club over there.......
Wait until you see that the shirts cost £90 now

Renewed yesterday with some reluctance. Obviously having £200 odd knocked off softened the blow a bit (although obvs that was money I'd already paid). Gonna give it one more year I reckon, if things continue to decline over the next season it might be my last. It's just too expensive.

Just to add insult to injury after tonight's "performance" I've just got an email from spurs saying that instead of taking the dd for my one hotspur + membership at the end of August, as originally stated in my renewal email, they're now taking it next week! bloody cheek.

Cancelled. Can’t believe it. Today is the last day you can cancel before you’ll have to call and ask for your money back. They literally tell you to cancel the DD because you can’t do it in your account which is just stupid. Of course they make it hard so you think ‘f**k it, I’ll just leave it’.

Bit like cancelling the amazon prime membership, where you have to go through 15 confirmations of are you sure....are you really sure....are you really really sure.....before they finally let you go!

Youngest lad just cancelled his. Eldest lad close to it. I'm too old and seen shit before to think about that, but I actually think the chance of me ever seeing us win the league has now gone.
Reckon I've got a maximum 5 years of travelling to WHL left in me. Missed the last league title by 4 months. Bit of a pisser ain't it?

By renewing your membership, have the club asked for a download of your ID? I may share a ST to my sister in August so am curious as all ST holders have an ID connected to the account now.

Yes but

1: there was an amnesty this season to choose whose name should be on the ST
2: using ticket share or whatever they want to call it, you can log in online and 'gift' one of your tickets to a member, and that includes members who are non-paying members i.e. no annual membership fee. So if the ST is in her name, then for the matches you want to go to, she logs into her account and gifts that game to you. You then rock up, spring in your step, super cool sunglasses and smirking, only to watch us lose 4 0 to Brentford as Gattuso gets led away by the police for assault and the the threat of relegation becomes real.

Btw I can't talk; I renewed my ST.

I have two season tickets, I own one and my wife owns the other, I want to share the wife’s to my sister. I was wondering about the ticket share if they have to load their ID into the ticket share CRN ID?
Thank you.

I'm thinking they probably do but I don't know for sure. Anyone you share it with officially could well get asked to provide ID

I don't know why people bothered renewing until the dust settled tbh, not like there's a similar deadline to the season tickets.

Two weeks ago I had to register my interest to become a member again after a few years of not being one.

Now you're begging me to become one.

I just had one of those too and I have been a season ticket holder for 20+ years. Doesn’t someone cross reference mailing lists before sending these out!.
Muppets clearly in the ascendancy at the club right now!
