Jokes aside, I think if we end up with Nagelsmann or Amorim there will be one positive at the very least and that will be that we haven’t flushed 80m down the drain on wingbacks. I still believe Spence, Porro and Udogie are very good prospects and making the most of them will help the next manager greatly, because our budget isn’t going to stretch to new Fullbacks, GK, CB’s and AM/RW’s. We’ve had Emerson Royal and Ben Davies as our best performers at wingback this season, that says a lot. Amorim would know how to get the best out of Porro for a start and Udogie looks superb going forward, we can still make a good appointment here, a manager that plays a 343/352 and gets the best out of those guys will be on a good path in my view

Sporting will be filling there boots after seeing this. No chance we get Amorim over the line, not that I want us to.

The one lasting legacy of the Conte era is that we’re lumped with a load of players that don’t fit a formation we should be seeking to play.

Because he wants to stay?

hmmm, even if that’s the case - if he would prefer to stay at feyenoord where he’s already won the league, as opposed to try his luck in the prem, surely that says something about us too? Apart from the pay etc - most managers from
That league would jump at it. We’re just that badly run I think, he don’t wanna chance it.

Nothings certain with Tottenham . What if I was to say he wanted to sell the big boys to recreate the next team and levy said no ! Unfourtanlty if someone wants to come here it doesn’t mean they will always come . Visions have to align . Levy’s seems to have a different vision to every manager out there currently.
Doesn’t that compute in his head that maybe his vision is the wrong one?

For being such an intelligent guy he still hasn’t got the memo from 4/5 years ago when Poch told him he need to rebuild.

Interesting. Levy turning down the idea of selling Kane and Son. That in itself shows he is shook by the fans view of him. Until he actually backs a manager 100% in their vision it doesn’t really matter who we appoint, does it?

Levy will not pay a 13million release cause for Amorim.

He'll try bargain with a few custard tarts or something.

Can't see that happen either, he's a bit underwhelming.

I would usually try to take the piss out of a situation to make the fellas laugh but I'm all out of jokes this time lads.

Honestly, fuck Levy.

I have zero faith we'll get a decent manager in let alone Ndicka and Laporte.

The last time I was edged this bad I had to visit the ER.

I try and be more objective when it comes to Levy but he's a fucking mess when it comes to manager searches. Someone close, from the Lewis camp needs to lay it out in no uncertain terms to him

Been on the fence about renewing my ST, waiting until the last day to decide whether it's worth it anymore.

Well, decision made.
How any of the people on here are still giving Lewis and Levy their hard earned is beyond me. Moaning on here/twitter is just shouting into the void.

Stop giving these idiots your money, lads.

Could have had Poch. Could have had Nagelsmann. Could have had Slot.

Anyone we end up with from this point is going to be a massive let down. Great work El Baldo.

No, until he leaves it doesn't really matter who we appoint if he's still ultimately calling the shots on the footballing aspect of the club.
