Sometimes... I hate spurs fans. Against ManU, we could finish 3rd, Parker is immense. 10 days later, Parker is s***, everyone's going to overtake us. I swear a large section section of SC are teenage boys who think we should outplay everyone we come across and if we don't win by 2 or 3, were s***. It's embarrassing.

No. But we should be beating Norwich who actually are a little bit s***. If you can't see that this is a truly dreadful performance so far then you're either not watching the game or blinkered. I don't usually write at half time to criticise the team but this has been bad. So bad, that any half-time criticisms can't even be called knee jerk.

Hopefully we'll turn it around second half.

Our only choice really is to go 4-3-3, put Holtby in front of Parker and Dembele. Whether we sacrifice Lennon or Dempsey doesn't matter. What we need is to keep the ball moving, lethargically knocking the ball two yards to the person next to you isn't going to open them up, we need urgency and movement as we do not have the target man to allow us to play any other way.

This is yet again another illustration of why we need a new striker.

Have barely heard Dempsey's name mentioned on the radio. How has he looked? We know he can play horribly but still get a goal.

hmmm what to say about half, constructive instead of just saying it was shit.

Ekotto and Parker..rather than say they are wank, finished etc etc in the heat of the moment its more likely they are just badly off the pace and lack sharpness after lengthy spells out

not sure what Dembele's excuse is, if he can only impose himself on a game when he has sandro next to him then we might as well play bloody huddlestone for the rest of the season. I expect more from him in the second half

bale,lennon and defoe are what they are, players who need service from midfield. and we have no possession because when we do get the ball our defenders get flustered at the sight of the big scary norwich players closing us down and we hoof it and give up possession.

Has anyone done an analysis of our performances during transfer windows? Points dropped, games lost vs performances during non-window periods? I bet it would make for some interesting reading. I think our Chairman's propensity to dither and hold out until 10.59pm on deadline day has a negative impact on the players and coaching staff. Penny wise, pound foolish.

Exactly, you might get a dumb rating from the Scottee and 'Arry love in brigade. God forbid that we take the POTY awards voted for by the likes of Martin Samuels seriously.
