I would think that if Jose is fine with selling Gazzaniga then it suggests he’s seen enough from Hart and enough from either Whiteman or Austin in training.

We had ITK early in that he would be checking them out closely and if he’s fine with selling our backup I think it’s fair to suggest he’s given the okay to have one of the youngsters come into the fold.

I’d prefer if hart went to #2 and Austin or whiteman #3 than sign bloody rob Elliot
What's wrong with him as a 3? Sure i'd prefer Austin or Whiteman but they need to play games and they won't as number 3s.

Name someone who'd be better than Elliot that's HG and we could get for say less than £2m? Otherwise there's no point in selling Gazzaniga.

I wouldn't mind Whiteman and Austin as 3rd. Let them rotate on stay as back up for first half of season, the other go on loan. Then switch for second half of season. That way we have depth they get experience from Lloris and Hart, while also get game time half the season. We could find a club that accept to take both of them half n half.

This should be our policy for third choice imo.
What I would have wanted from David Button
Oscar Jansson and Luke McGee.
Keep them, club trained, replace when someone better from the academy is ready to step up.

Also Hart is a no 2 for me, think he'll have somewhat of a comeback with us.

He's 28 now, he's had a sniff of first team football at Spurs and has been a solid second keeper for us I think but you couldn't blame him if he thinks it's time to try and become a number 1 somewhere else and Fulham would be a good fit.

The Hart deal was an odd one when it came to PG's role in the squad, as you would assume that Hart will expect to play at some point and another assumption would be that Mourinho won't use Lloris in Europa League.

PG won’t be Fulham’s number 1 as Rodak was excellent last season and he’s a very promising keeper.

I have said before i firmly believe Paulo can be a solid Number 1 with any lower 10 in the Prem and certainly in the top 6 or 7 leagues.
I would not blame him for looking at a number 1 role, but i do believe he is worth around 10 to 15 mil.

I don't look forward to Hart as number 2 in that case. We will be downgrading, and if Hugo gets hurt he could be in a world of hurt also.

We would be in a world of hurt having to rely on Gazzaniga every week.

By all accounts we are paying £15m for one of the best right backs in the League from a team who only finished below us on goal difference. Your valuation of £10-15m for Gazzaniga is beyond wild.

And Kepa was worth 70m? Maybe I am a little rich but close to 10m is fair.

Tbh that's more down to Wolves giving us an absurdly good deal - Doherty should be worth at least 20-25M at the absolute minimum. Honestly have no idea what they're thinking (presumably has something to do with Mendes).

If a world where Matt Targett is worth 15M, it's not too hard to envision a team with more money than sense paying 10M or more for Gazzanigga.

You can't use the exceptional cases to value players. Kepa was bought by a desperate Chelsea with lots of money who had little choice but to activate the buy out clause. He was also considered by many to be a player of huge potential. 10 mill is extremely optimistic imo.

#Independiente Burruchaga confirmed that Paulo Gazzaniga and Pedro Gallese are the names in the folder of Rojo to reinforce the goal. "We are looking and seeing what we can do to please the technician without neglecting the economic," he said in dialogue with radio Colonia AM 550.

Gallese isn’t going anywhere. He just signed for Orlando in January and has only played about 7 matches so far. Both him and the team have looked really good, and OCSC have absolutely no desire to sell so quickly.

Proper solid

Generally have real issues with glorifying or downplaying violence. I teach my children to never use violence in any situation unless it’s a matter of life and death. And if people did the same, there’d be much less violence and brutality in this world.

Unless it’s Chelsea. Then it’s absolutely acceptable
