Pretty much everyone in the pub tonight, whatever their allegiance, was stumped that Dele wasn't on the main list.

Plenty of confusion why Kane and Lukaku were on the young player list too, which I can appreciate.

The BBC Sport 'Pick your Team of the Year' doesn't even include the formation used by the two top teams, making it difficult to include all of the best players in a logical system. The closest is 3-4-3, but that doesn't allow Walker, Rose, Alonso or Moses on the flanks. Genius!

Personally, I think the TOTY should be:

Heaton
Walker - Alderweireld - Luiz - Bertrand
Hazard - Kante - Dele - Eriksen
Kane - Lukaku

But Eriksen is criminally underrated by just about everyone, despite the fact that, imo, he's been our best player this season and clearly in the top few in the league. I suspect that Mane or Sanchez will replace him and they'll get Zlatan in there as well, possibly for Kane.

Hazard and Dele for me.

Can't disagree with that, Hazard has shown his true world class ability this season and is driving Chavs to the title, Alli has been brilliant.

Some might put Kante and Sane as alternatives but for me it's not even a close one, Hazard and Alli have been special this season.
