If he doesn't take his chance now with these injuries, then he never will.

Really hope he can push on with us.
He has an interesting 6 weeks ahead. We are very light upfront now with two major contributors in his preferred position out long term. He will get plenty of minutes to show what he is capable of. But it’s also good that the likes of Donley are training with the first team, as the youngster will be pushing for minutes too. Let’s all hope that this is a moment of serendipity for Bryan. And it turns out that he’s the best player for that role in the squad… regardless of whomever is fit or not.

Left footed winger to give us some width on that side of the pitch and stretch the play. If we were a lucky club we would see him come in, take his chance and really push on. Let's hope he can do it, he's had enough chances now.

Gil has been confirmed as fit and has been training which is great to hear and I expect him to probably get 20-30 mins tomorrow which would be nice to see. Hopefully as well we are comfy at that point in the match.

If Gil and Gio can finally stay fit for stretches then much of our depth issues evaporate instantly.

Please please please, just this one time, let us have nice things.

If Gil turns out good we need to give Paratici a lifetime consulting contract.
It’s been said before but in theory he should be perfect for Ange’s system. His skill set matches exactly what we need on the wings Ie likes to hug the touchline, good with ball at his feet, high work rate + stamina. The only question is his physicality. He certainly has the technique, it’s just a matter of if Ange thinks he develop his raw ability.

Exactly this. He can become a fantastic player for us. He has what it takes.

Like you say the only question was how easily he would be shrugged off the ball, but what gave me hope was he isn't afraid of a tackle and will get up and go again.

I have high hopes for him and believe it would be a massive mistake if we let him go.

He’s always got a smile on his face, even when he’s trying to look gangsta. I’d love his time here to work out for us. I just wonder if he’s too lightweight for the team. Imagine him BJ and Son. Seems fast and agile but not very physically imposing.

It will suit better the amount of possession we have. The more time he spends on the ball the less his physical weakness will be an issue. He was class against Palace when we moved the ball well. Those 1-2 touch moves will play to his strengths.

It's not so much his strength that worries me, it's his lack of pace. He isn't quick and doesn't even have a burst of acceleration to get away from people, like for instance bernado silva does. When you add that to the lack of strength, I find it hard to see how he succeeds in a role which demands the ability to go past people.

Deki isn’t exactly burning up the grass. I’m just excited to see him get a chance in a possession-based, attacking system where he can express himself.

He is quick. He doesn't have great pace though.

Don’t you just need intelligent movement and an engine to thrive in Ange’s system? If he has any two qualities it is those. He has proven he has an eye for a pass too.

I’m backing him to make an impact for us this season.

Played well last time we played at Selhurst. Perhaps he could have a similar impact tomorrow.

when I first saw Gil playing in Spain and he was rumoured to be signing for us , my first impression was that he would get battered in our league . He looks quite resilient but he hasn’t looked particularly good playing over here. When on loan he hasn’t done much either.
Any more injuries and he may well get a chance. He will just have to take it.
