Assou Ekotto assurance on the ball with Danny Rose aggression. Great signing, we need to keep him fit for the full league program and we'll be ok.
I was thinking about this. Since our fullbacks invert, we could potentially play emerson/porro ar lb.Ditto, given we're one Udogie injury away from Davies.
Seems like a good kid. Very excited to see what he can achieve.
Hardly surprising. His Nigerian-born parents made a point of speaking English at home so he would grow up multilingual, according to most of the bios I googled.Amazing didn’t realise he spoke great English

Romario was it?It’s funny. A really highly respected Italian journalist said that he’d be back in Italy in January as he can’t play left back.
And, as soon as Ange was announced, Udogie's agent was worried about his playing time and was trying to get him out of the club. It’s funny. A really highly respected Italian journalist said that he’d be back in Italy in January as he can’t play left back.

This is so good. Need to hear this belting out at games.
I think the key to his future success is that Ange hasn't been coaching him to be the perfect left back, but to be the best Destiny Udogie he can possibly be. Ange tweaks the system to fit the players, not the other way round.I saw him a couple of times in Serie A last year and was impressed and could see he had a lot of potential. But I also saw some rashness and naïve defensive positioning/decisions.
The way he settled so seamlessly is mightily impressive.
There will be some more difficult moments for him this season i'm sure. But he seems to have all the attributes to develop into the best in his position; attitude and mentality, physical prowess with his speed, strength and stamina, technical ability with the ball at his feet, instinctive attacking positioning/runs, one on one duals (though he will be tested more than he has been)
Not Saturday night fever?Withdrew from U21 due to a

That's not true at all? His agent said he could play LB and that he wasn't sure what Spurs' plan was for Udogie. And, as soon as Ange was announced, Udogie's agent was worried about his playing time and was trying to get him out of the club.
I think Ali Gold reported that it’s his first language at home given Nigerian parents
