Poch will stay.

Do I want him Gone.

100% yes if this Trend that we are on continues.

if we don't give him any kind of help in January with a few new Transfers, this Season will be a wash, it is not a wash at the moment, it is Salvageable, we are currently in 14th position, 11 points off of 4 , 3 points off of a Europa League spot, if the Season ended today bloody Sheffield United would be in the Europa League, not gonna happen, because other Clubs are hot on their heels.

If we are anywhere between 6th and 17th Poch will walk and this will be chalked up to a very bad Season, but I see Europa League for us, its Still in Europe with a way back into the Champions League.

We gotta back him, Sack him or let him walk, I'd prefer for us to back him and lets rurn this around.

For what it's worth, I spoke to Micky Hazard last night and asked him if Poch would be given time to turn things round and his answer was a definite 'yes'. He also basically said it would cost too much money to pay him off and get someone else in.

that's some good itk right there....these legends are around the club a lot and have good contacts

Sort of. I used to share a sauna with Graham Roberts. Yeah...I said it. He told me Benitez was getting the gig after we sacked AVB.

The only thing that he got right was the penalty shoot out at half time of Ledley King’s testimonial.

anyone remember who yakster's source is?
Bye Poch
Been told he has accepted this season will be his last
The impression I got was that he accepted it was the beginning of the end. I tried to get more info as to will it be now or end of the season and he said he didn't know but Poch knows this will be his last season with us

No, no...no.

Yakster is an absolute WUM. Has been for years. Move on.

I’m so bored with the ‘panic’ it’s all crap attitude amongst fans on here. It never used to be like this but everyone’s an expert nowadays. My eldest son was ranting when he came over the other night.
He couldn’t understand why I was calm.
Fans saying about relegation are so wrong it’s ridiculous, there is zero chance of us being relegated. Have a bet if you really think that as the odds are very very long.
As far as top 4, it looks very difficult from here but definitely not impossible.
Poch has been one of if not the best manager we’ve had in 40 years, he hasn’t turned into a shit manager in a couple of months. There’s lots of reasons as to why what’s happening Is happening. He had said it himself several times, albeit in a unnecessary cryptic way.
The squad had needed refreshing for two seasons. The failure to do that isn’t Pochs fault and it isn’t even all Levy’s fault but he’s certainly more to blame.
Our squad has had a fair few injuries at unlucky times and some of our best players are past their best or want to leave, plus some have just lost their form massively.
Poch isn’t blameless, some of his choices are strange, Aurier being picked is baffling as he is a liability. But our manager does watch them train everyday and I’m sure he’s not picking him so he gets the sack. Maybe Foyth had a bad injury and Kyle Walker Peters just isn’t good enough, who knows?
People suggesting Jose M etc have short memories, Levy isn’t going to give him 300 million to go out and spend , plus pay the wages those sort of players would demand anyway. JM would win fuck all with our squad, it’s simply not as good as we all thought. He’s a busted flush, wed be a laughing stock, we would bd the first club he failed to win a trophy with. Other managers are no guarantee either, look at the goons, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid etc. So why change the manager ?
I’m not saying MP will 100% change it around ( I think he will) but I certainly don’t think a new manager will have anymore chance under the same constraints.
He needs to given at least to the end of the season, pretty sure he’s capable of getting top 6 and with a bit of luck and a new right back in jan top four is a possibility.
I don’t get the panic, if you’re over 25 you’ve seen miles worse. We haven’t won a trophy under this manager but we've been a serous challenger in times where the European leagues have never been better.
It’s a good time to rebuild anyway, Arsenal, UTD and Chelsea are doing the same. Leicester have hit their ceiling so If we keep calm and back the manager we can be back challenging next season. This season certainly isn’t a write off either.

Ok...how do you think odds work then?

EDIT: in the locked thread, been stories from a load of numpties like Matt Law last couple of days.

Mate I was pro gambler for 10 years I know exactly how odds work. There have been no significant stories he will leave imminently in the last 24 hours. The odds have moved so significantly because somebody has heard something. Whether true or not we will find out shortly.

People are worried because since the start of the year we've been on relegation form (e.g. somewhere around a point per game played). If the season ran from the start of the year to the end, we'd be staring relegation in the face.

In this scenario, "being calm" is not enlightenment, it's simply an ivory tower.
