We aren't going to finish the season, there's no way. I wouldn't be surprised if literally all football was called off until August, and I think that would be a good decision.
Pretty sure it’s been confirmed to be Leicester after Rodgers confirmed a few are in isolation

It's just ona knife edge with the FA hoping it will all go away. The instant a 1st team player gets it, and it will happen, that will be it for the season
They’ve gotta cancel the season and start fresh in August. No winners. No relegation. Europe remains as it was to begin this season

Liverpool would at the very least deserve a trophy ..

It could be called 'The Premier League Nice Cigar But No Prize Trophy'

The UK government is considering banning sporting fixtures amid the coronavirus outbreak - but it will not happen immediately.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the UK will move to the "delay" phase of its plan to tackle the virus.

There have been 596 confirmed cases across the UK.

"We are considering banning major public events like sporting fixtures," said Johnson.

"The scientific advice is this has little effect on the spread - but it does place a burden on other public services."

..and if things do get bad in the meantime. I don't see how suspended the PL for a month will be sufficient time. Imagine it peaks in the UK in two weeks time, then we have to have a quarantine similar to Italy, that's another two weeks but then you'd need a period after that where things are eased back in to ensure that it doesn't outbreak again. You could end up suspended it, and then reviewing it to suspend it for further on a weekly basis by that point the season could be finishing in July.

ALL games this weekend going ahead. Despite two clubs having players in isolation, another only just leaving it, confirmed cases in various footballers, and nearly every other league being off or at least behind closed doors. Absolutely mad. Premier League football is about the last thing the country needs right now.

With fans too. Jesus christ.

Please, if this holds through tomorrow, do not go to the games. Dont put yourselves in harms way. Stay home and watch the games and drink the hard stuff.

Perhaps it's just the difference between American and British culture but I am genuinely stunned that the Premier League is moving forward with business as usual. Allowing gatherings of tens of thousands of people in close proximity all over the country is like adding fuel to the fire, and sends exactly the opposite message of what needs to be conveyed about the seriousness of the pandemic and the need for slowing down the rate of transmission to keep hospitals from becoming overwhelmed. I'm genuinely amazed that this is happening.

Arteta has the fucking coronavirus. And has quite possibly passed it on to half the squad. Less than an hour after the PL announcement that all the games were on, that one at least very clearly isn't. This is a total clusterfuck. The whole programme needs to be suspended immediately.

The other leagues have either shut up shop or play behind closed doors to prevent those directly involved in the game have contracted it.

There are already football people infected in the UK (Notts Forest owner, now Arteta) with several players already in isolation and yet the PL still continue full swing.

PL is approaching this pandemic the way they implemented the VAR. "We'll do it our way".

Arrogant beyond belief.

Premier League to convene emergency meeting tomorrow. Arsenal and Watford's training grounds are separated by a hedge and the Watford team was evidently sent home when Arteta went in to be tested. Together with Leicester that's three squads that will likely be quarantined by the weekend.

Beyond just the public health implications, which are obvious and never should have been ignored, I don't see how the league can possibly move forward if nothing more than for sporting reasons.
