Classic that the virus really hits literally moments after we get knocked out of Europe.
Yeah classic, just when we were getting up to speed and about to conquer Europe

Pretty sure it’s been confirmed to be Leicester after Rodgers confirmed a few are in isolationGrowing anger among Premier League clubs over handling of coronavirus crisis

We aren't going to finish the season, there's no way. I wouldn't be surprised if literally all football was called off until August, and I think that would be a good decision.
“You wont be out of Europe that easy!” - football gods, hopefullyClassic that the virus really hits literally moments after we get knocked out of Europe.
They’ve gotta cancel the season and start fresh in August. No winners. No relegation. Europe remains as it was to begin this seasonIt's just ona knife edge with the FA hoping it will all go away. The instant a 1st team player gets it, and it will happen, that will be it for the season

..and if things do get bad in the meantime. I don't see how suspended the PL for a month will be sufficient time. Imagine it peaks in the UK in two weeks time, then we have to have a quarantine similar to Italy, that's another two weeks but then you'd need a period after that where things are eased back in to ensure that it doesn't outbreak again. You could end up suspended it, and then reviewing it to suspend it for further on a weekly basis by that point the season could be finishing in July. The UK government is considering banning sporting fixtures amid the coronavirus outbreak - but it will not happen immediately.
On Thursday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the UK will move to the "delay" phase of its plan to tackle the virus.
There have been 596 confirmed cases across the UK.
"We are considering banning major public events like sporting fixtures," said Johnson.
"The scientific advice is this has little effect on the spread - but it does place a burden on other public services."

Absolutely mad. Premier League football is about the last thing the country needs right now.
