Unlike a lot of people at Spurs I gave up on football at 19 because I knew my limitations. I would've done a better job at identifying transfer targets than the ones at Spurs over the past 6-7 years though - and no, that doesn't take a genius. But thanks for the compliment.

For years now the core Chelsea dressing room has been incredibly strong. They policed themselves and often got managers sacked, but kept up their effort and mentality.

They've completely lost that now. That's partly why this situation is so different and unusual for them.
