thought he played very well yesterday, especially for his debut and condsidering he'd have had only maybe 2 training sessions.

looks like a very good buy from that performance

its a bit iffy , this move.. all i know of hutton is that rangers were a bit happy to push the deal through, for supposedly such a good player for them.they are not exactly strapped for cash. and also he wasnt a regular before recent seasons and the rangers fans were a bit surprised at how well he was doing and how much he had improved.

looked ok for us against some top top players so i hope he goes on to do well for us and justify his price..

another utility player? :p

Well actually to clear that up, Hutton was tipped as a future Rangers great/captain from almost his first appearance at age 18. The doubts came when he broke his leg and was out for ages. When he returned we were going through our darkest spell in recent history, and the lad looked to have lost his way a bit (as a team we were truly shit). Happily, after about 9 months of inconsistant performances, he started to get back to his best prior to Paul Le Guen's departure from the club and once Walter Smith came back, it was onwards and upwards.
It's not some average player going through a purple patch, it just took some time for the real Hutton to come back to the fore after his injury and some of our fans are impatient as f*ck (spoiled by 51 titles)

So....Successful?!? Why would we be bitter?

It's great to be a Rangers fan! So we sold our best player.....in my whole life that's only happened about 4 times....Can't complain really.

Usually we sell muppets like Boumsong to make money
