Emerson and Hojbjerg have been top quality. Still think Deki and Bentancur look rusty since their injuries, but I'm sure with time they'll be fine.

Very professional 1st half signs of big improvement last few weeks since bentacur and kulu came back.
I do worry about us in 2nd half need more of the ball as City will throw everything at us. Think we need atleast another goal.
But overall starting to enjoy watching Spurs again. COYS

PEH is so good it's ridiculous. The defense is a joke against pressure, and Rodri has gifted us three goals in two games now. It feels like every Spurs game against Manchester City is a tactical masterpiece by our respective managers the last few years. When we lose it's usually due to individual quality by some City player like Mahrez. Hopefully KDB doesn't feel it when he arrives.

I'm so pleased to look at the bench and see fresh legs that don't see a huge quality drop. I don't think we've had this luxury since the start of the season.

I don't think we've been great in either final 1/3's, picking up the loose balls has been excellent in the midfield.

Attackers need to sharpen up we've wasted too many opportunities on the counter.

Weird we have this hoodoo over them. If we can hold our out for 10 or 15 minutes hopefully we can get in their heads a bit.

A win for us here could really give us some momentum and confidence to go on a great run and smash the rest of the season ?.

I think many will disagree with me from how high Emerson's stocks are with some of you here. But in all honesty, he hasn't been bad, but he really hasn't been that great like how some of you are gushing over him. I have seen him played better towards the end of last season and those were really some great performances. Nonetheless I'm really glad he's cutting out some mistakes in him. I think we have been so starved of a good performance from our RWBs for far too long.

Disagree we've limited them to half chances, yes they have the quality to score a half chance but what we are doing is working, keep frustrating them and catch that defence out on the break as it don't look great
