our delivery from wide has left a bit to be desired this half, but the aim of the game when facing an entrenched opponent is to get that first goal by any means necessary.

We just need to keep our focus and should see this out with another goal or two as space opens up

Honestly don't understand playing both PEH and Skipp in this kind of game. Bit more craft needed. Would get GLC on for Skipp at half time.

Fortuitous with the goal, but I think that's the luck we needed to break the game. Another goal early on and the floodgates will open

Nuno’s Wolves tended to score very rarely in the first half & finish games strong.

We need to change that against ‘lower’ teams, by dropping one of Skipp/Pierre from the start, for someone more creative like Gio/Gil.

a right back who was more comfortable going forward would be great - Tanganga has so much space so often but turns/passes back most of the time.

still not sure what Alli offers, particularly in a tight for space game liken this, at CM.

Traore would be useful for exactly this type of game - draws defenders and creates space.

PEH had been splitting defences with his through balls. His creativity is underrated.

Skipp is not quite up to PL pace yet, imo.
