If they do, and continue their form form the opening 3 games, we will get a hiding and it’ll 2/3 before ht IMO, we can slag arsenal off all we want, but they alwys turn up for a NLD which is unfortunately more than we can say for our lot most games.

And if Poch plays those players then we will get beat fair and square as they are just not as good as the Arsenal players.

I know he can be limited sometimes but I really think Dier screening the back four and dropping back from time to time may very well be needed soon to try and tighten things up at the back. I always felt in the past that the centre backs appreciated having him in front for that added protection.

Honestly I don't know who to pick out of Sanchez or Vert both seem like bad decisions for this game, Sanchez on performance absolutely does not deserve to be in that 11 but chucking Vert in who hasn't had a game this season against the trio of Aubameyang, Lacazette and Pepe seems fucking brutal. I almost feel like 3-5-2 would be the smart option here to have both to counter their 3 but I'm also keen for the 4-2-3-1 to return.

I miss the early days under poch when we had a young Kane bang up for these games and we knew we had a good chance home and away, same as with redknapp when we had bale Lennon VDV crouch ade Parker etc again home and away we had a good chance and did well, right now we are a mess and they’re improving so this could be a perfect storm 3/4-0 to them like the pre poch and arry days.

Go back 2 months. Look at the squads and ours is/was superior to theirs in just about every department. Now you look at it, we've weakened ourselves in defence, and then intentionally weaken ourselves with these ridiculous selections. There I was thinking Liverpool couldn't keep it up, they won't pick up where they left off. We are an absolute shambles at the moment. The thought of them pressing us, and also the threat on the break is filling me with dread for next week. Then we have 2 weeks to stew over a shit performance at home, and getting a battering against that lot.

There better be a reaction. These ***** need a rocket up their arse and nobody more so than Poch
