More funnier than this post are only people who think Tottenham will "end" if Poch will leave when he is TOP5 paid managers itw and we will bring another very good manager :ROFLMAO:

Tbf I’m nowhere near Poch out territory - but we have been a fucking chore to watch since January. Something‘s off.

Just want to see us try Dier in midfield, doing what he used to do in covering the space vacated by our marauding CBs and recycle the ball to our playmakers. Have some combination of Ndombele, Lo Celso and Eriksen in front of him with Son, Kane and Moura making runs. Unfortunately, I think our dip in form coincides with our fullback play faltering, so until that's ironed out, I think we are going to appear unbalanced at times.

Poch has plenty to answer for over the course of the first three games if this his last season with us, we look pretty much like we did just before he let Ryan Mason et al have their head.

We no longer have an identity which I find the most disappointing aspect of all of this.

If Liverpool or city had our form in the league, we would find it hilarious and calling their manager out.

We routinely take the mick out of solskjaer.

Why does Poch get a free pass?
Cos he’s our manager ffs. Why on God’s green earth would we treat him in the same way as we treat Solskjaer?

From the last 15 games in the league we have 15 points. That's beyond a bad spell, that's us in severe danger of being nowhere near 4th by Christmas (if it didn't improve at all, we'll be in a relegation battle). I get the squad isn't perfect but it is on paper the 3rd best in the league and Poch right now is massively underperforming with what he does have. We can all see it too. There's little pressing, no attacking movement, completely stale. If it's not fixed soon and he doesn't have the answers we'll have no choice but to roll the dice.

With Eriksen, Jan and Toby on their way it does feel like an end of an era.

Hopefully we can evolve and keep progressing, but it does look kind of bad atm.

Jose's next project?
Hope not. I think that Jose's time has been and gone. As a stopgap manager (by the way I'm talking hypothetically as talking seriously about a new manager at this stage is kneejerk) he'd do a decent job but he's not a long term solution. He's way too divisive, he would only lasts a couple of seasons and the style of football would piss the fans off.

I do feel like things have gone stale... but not necessarily the playing staff but from the management. Then again and I keep banging the drum... if we play our best players in our formation that we are used to - we will be great again

I trust in Levy. If there is an issue behind the scenes then he won't mess about. Let's face it, he never has.

If this is his last season, at least keep Eriksen and Jan for the new manager to use. Perhaps they will just stay after all.

I think it's clear that something isn't right.

We've gone from a dynamic, exciting , fast transitioning, high pressing young side to one that is completely one dimensional and almost playing at walking pace.

Poch has gone from everyone's amiable best mate to doing his best moody mourinho impression in every press conference

And to top it off we now are seeing players being publically called out and very clearly being made examples of, whereas it was previously a very much a 'one for all ' problems are kept in house type of vibe.

Beginning of the end maybe not but definitely the end of the beginning. I really think Poch needs to sort his head out here and get back to doing what brought him and us so much success and plaudits

I do think this is a valid and justified debate to be had.

I’ve been worried about our performances for a while. Form and performances don’t exist in a vacuum. It’s no surprise that Liverpool and City have started the season like they ended it. Leicester too.

Teams that are in a good place usually start a new season in the same way they ended the last.

Our decline has been apparent since Xmas. We’ve been a labouring bore to watch. Our defence has looked terrible for over a year now and our attack is impotent.

Our flukey CL run seems to have spun people’s heads and glossed over it all. Even In The CL we weren’t convincing at all and it was last minute goals and VAR that got us through.

We limped into 4th. For me I’ve grown bored of Pochs style of play. It’s tedious, and I look on at Klopps Liverpool with massive envy.

You can’t say Poch doesn’t have the players. To me it’s entirely down to the coach that we are seeing this decline because the performances tell us the true story not the results.

We’ve been a poor side in attack for many months, it rarely if ever clicks anymore.

The Man City game was alarming in so many ways. We got absolutely annihilated and it indicated a performance like today was coming. So to did the Villa game but we got out of jail that time.

I have no confidence for next weeks NLD because our performances indicate we won’t turn up and play well. You can’t just turn it on like a tap. It doesn’t work like that.

For the first time in Pochs reign I’m in a position where I feel ambivalent if he left. I’m sick of his thinly veiled threats about leaving etc

Obviously I hope he turns it around but I just don’t know if he will be able to. We’ve been playing like shit for ages now. Since last Xmas. He seems out of ideas and doesn't know how to get the best out of the players we have.

Plus there is a nagging thing I’ve had with a Poch since he started that for some reason he doesn’t have it in him to win trophies. We always lose the key games. Finals and semi finals but I guess that’s a separate argument.

This is a worrying state of affairs.
