I think this board have taken us as far as they can, done a good job, but I don't believe they'll ever be able to establish us as one of the very top teams in the country.
No doubt I'll be shot down
Sorry but what puts you in the position to judge this? :rofl:I think this board have taken us as far as they can, done a good job, but I don't believe they'll ever be able to establish us as one of the very top teams in the country.

Donna Cullen has just said that having invested 100s of millions on players over the last few years we have done our major investments. Although the CHAIRMAN(NOTE NOT THE MANAGER)is always looking at opportunities every transfer window.
Party line or Bullshit????
I dont think its the boards fault mate. I think we have to appreciate that Levy and co have done a good job. They really have. The thing thats really holding us back is the money situatiuon now, and as we havent got a 60k + stadium or a sugar daddy, we just cant compete. I dont think anyone else could do a bteer job i really dont. I stand by my opinion that if ambramovic or the sheikh hadnt made two clubs their playthings, we would be well up there.

Do you know what a board is? Do you Know who's on our board and whatthey do? And why they should be sacked?
In lieu of any serious debate, this thread is now about Paul Mahorn.
Based on what criteria?
Because we don't spend £200k on wages?
I don't think you have a sophisticated enough understanding of the constraints the Board have to deal with to make that call.
Basically you want a Billionaire to chuck money at us
What do you propose we do about it?
You're a schmuck.
I guess it's the boards fault for the individual mistakes that cost us so many points last season. It must also be their fault that our strikers suddenly stopped scoring goals? All they've done wrong in my opinion is failed to replace Berbatov but that's easier said than done.
We have a new training ground and stadium on the way so I don't think you can make an argument that they've taken us as far as they can. There's still more to come, we just have to try not to spaz out over every little thing that doesn't go our way 100%.
Which other Premier League board would you seriously swap with right now?
(You can say Man City or Chelsea but they're not sustainable in the long run)
