As good as England were in the morning session. We've been just as bad this afternoon. No idea why they took so long to give the ball to Archer, and didn't react at all to Pakistan picking up the pace with the running.

Our first innings is gonna have to be good. Because batting last on a dry bouncy wicket doesn't bode well.
According to Stephan Shemilt of BBC sport -

You have to go back to 2012 to find an instance of England conceding more than 257 in the first innings of a home Test and going on to win the match

Yeah, we have a lot of work to do considering one of their quicks is a left armer ... That rough ... ?

.....and they’ve got spinners that can turn it!!

We had enough trouble v the Windies with their non spinning spinner

Twitter thinks Joe Denly would be good in these situations - the world is a funny old place.
