Bosh, on your way Mr Smith!! Great review that!!

In other matches, Sam Cook (of my supported county Essex), currently has figures of 3-14 off 10!!

We have bowled really well at Smith this series, keep thinking he’s getting a big ‘en but it hasn’t come yet!

Shortly before the ODI World Cup that we won, I went to watch an England vs Pakistan ODI at Trent Bridge. I was sat square of the wicket, near ground level watching, amongst others, Wood and Archer bowling in tandem. It’s the only possible situation where Archer could have been the slower bowler.
I can confirm, Wood is fucking rapid.

Nightmare when you're not comfortable with the short ball. Head getting a right working over. Fair play to him for toughing it out. Can't help but think the odd quick straight full one might do for him 🤞

Everyone has a wicket except Jimmy. We need one last big performance from him. Don't wish to see his career end with an ineffective series, it would be a shame. He deserves an Alastair Cook type finish.

I speak of ends as I think if this form persists, we could see an announcement from him at the end of the series.

This pitch turning on day one could prove the difference come the second innings.

I think we could get an announcement from him as well, it seems time, the wicket and overheads have done a bit today and he's looked pretty anaemic.
