OK knobheads, I feel it's time for another thread. So here it is.

Feel free to discuss the ITK forums and/or how fantastic SC is. You can of course also discuss actual ITK.

We also have player threads. Do I really need to say what they are for? Sadly, I probably do.

Can we discuss potential formations, and whether Levy is a good Chairman in here?

(indeed I am THE knobhead you were referring to)
talking of formations, i saw some Geese flying overhead yesterday which made we ponder whether any team has ever been set up in a 'W' formation?
Would pay extra for that just to see the look on Tuchel/Pep/Klopp's face!

What was the latest ITK news we had on a new CB ?? ... I feel it's gone quiet on this issue. Especially with Romero's injury and Conte wanting a class CB earlier in the window.

Erm guys, don't a certain number of off topic or negative ratings in here result in an auto ban?

Probably not the wisest idea to spam A&C's new thread straight away.

Nothing more than Phillips right, and ITK suggested that was less likely than the press did. Wouldn’t surprise me if we were done, especially since Romero’s injury doesn’t seem bad, and we’ve got cover for him in Sanchez

That's those 2 sorted. Let's hope that's it, eh?
Strange thing is, one of them agreed with me but still didn't delete his post before it hit the magic number!
I can understand how you guys get so frustrated sometimes.

Real Madrid are considering a bid for Tottenham Hotspur’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to replace the Manchester United-bound Casemiro.
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti is an admirer of Hojbjerg and tried to sign the midfielder for Everton when the Italian was in charge at Goodison Park.
Hojbjerg has three years left on his contract at Tottenham after moving from Southampton in 2020 for a fee of around £15 million. The Denmark international become Jose Mourinho’s first signing that summer and has remained a key player for Spurs under Antonio Conte.
At one point, though, it looked like Everton had beaten Spurs to Hojbjerg’s signature with personal terms agreed and Ancelotti pushing for the deal. In the end Hojbjerg chose Spurs after they made a late move.
However the signing of Rodrigo Bentancur in January and the arrival of Yves Bissouma has increased the competition in the Spurs midfield with Oliver Skipp working his way back to fitness. It remains to be seen whether Spurs would consider selling Hojbjerg should Real push ahead with a bid although Conte will surely demand a replacement should he be allowed to go.
The 27-year-old will also have to weigh up how much playing time he will get before the World Cup in November. A factor in Casemiro accepting United’s offer was the fact the Brazilian was benched last weekend with new £68 million signing, 22-year-old Aurelin Tchouameni starting.
Ancelotti confirmed on Friday morning that Casemiro was joining United on a four-year deal with an option for a fifth for the 30-year-old. I talked to [Casemiro] this morning. He wants to try a new challenge, a new opportunity. I and the club understand it. With what he’s done at this club and the person he is, we have to respect it. There are talks right now, nothing is official, but he wants to leave.”

They can fuck off.

Literally what I was about to say. Word for word.

In reality, what would we get for him? £40m?

Sure that’s a profit of £25m which would get Levy’s todger twitching, but who could we even replace him with at short notice?

Fuck them.

If there was anyone as good or better than him available at this stage of the window, Real Madrid wouldn’t be entering into negotiations with us of all clubs. We all know how hard we are to deal with.

PEH is a real leader on the pitch, by all accounts a good trainer and listener to his coaches requests etc. He comes off well in interviews and gives his all on the pitch (he also moans a lot)
Also~ HE IS THIS SEASONS TOP SCORER !
We'd be mad to selk unless the offer is crazy numbers and/ or he wants to go there.

I've joked about Ndombele but I wish him all the best. I hope he takes Serie A by storm as that can only be in our best interests.

Gotta disagree. I have trust that Fabio has a list of players that he could recruit for the PEH fee + 20-30m. Take the money and reinvest. With Bissouma we have good cover. Maybe we even get SMS out of this?
