Get your point but unless we've already got someone lined up, it would leave us thin with so many games to play if one of the others picked up an injury
As much as I like PEH, I can't see him being first team by the end of the season. Bissouma, Bentancur & Skipp will all be ahead of him.
That saying, I wouldn't be actively looking to sell him. But a really good offer would have to be considered.

Realistically how much would it cost to replace PEH? Can’t see them paying what it would cost to get someone as good in.

If it wasn’t so late in the window then sure, for the right price. But I don’t see anyone available that we’d likely be able to get that would be on the same level or an upgrade. They’d have also not had the Conte preseason and be as integrated into our system as PEH.
They aren’t similar players.

A lot will depend on how they see the fitness and development of Skipp? If we got a big price and had our eye on a different type of CM then I wonder if they'd cell for the right price. I personally think Bissouma will supplant PEH in our "strongest" starting 11.

Which was an odd thing to say, when he has been saying recently that there were players who would want to leave because they weren't going to get game time, without any mention of replacing them. So the suggestion to me is that there was a possibility of someone, who had not been previously mentioned, leaving, and in that case they would have to be replaced. Then we get a rumour that there is interest from Real Madrid for PEH. May be nothing. May be something.

And now you’re banging on about PEH and Man City’s strongest eleven. That’s a direct result of not understanding that any media stories is not ITK and are for the player threads.

Unlocked as I'm led to believe we have ITK waiting but be warned that I have far less patience than A&C (and you've pushed him to the limit!).
Everyone knows the rules. Ticking the box to ban people from here takes seconds and that's pretty much the level of effort I'll be putting in. Don't expect a response to all the complaints, messages, etc that A&C dealt with.

Thanks boss, it's greatly appreciated as not having an SC ITK thread in this of all windows... Well, I was at a total loss, what with this being my transfer utopia for the last god knows how many years.
Let's all do our utmost to abide by the rules and not ruin this for everyone else. ?
(This will probably be my last post in here until the window "slams shut". I'm just gonna lurk and enjoy the info, which is probably the safest and wisest thing to do).
