Sorry but for me it would be Pav first out the door. He have given him so many chances when he's produced moments of brilliance, give him half a chance and half the time he'll score a blinder. It's what he does when he's not scoring that frustrates me so much. When he can on last night we were passing around, keeping the ball and not panicking like seasoned pro's. But everytime the ball when to Pav he turned and ran at a defender and lost it. :bang:

i think we will see pav leave spurs in january during russian break or transfer window and move back home... i cant see him going anywhere other than back to russia so for me it will be keane def first out.. im suprised all this stuff about celtic though. not sure his wife wud be happy with that been out of limelight

What...I thought he played really well when he cam on last night....held up the ball, battled back well and great unselfish pass for Pav. Many times I would agree with you but not last night.

Right, we now have CL, a lot of ITK's have said it was CL dependant (well, first they said Milner to City dependant) as to when our transfers arrive, so I wait with baited breath.

I'm going out in a bit, when I get back at around 6ish I reckon there could be a signing confirmed, or at least the momentum to pick up.

A bit selective, but then I suppose when you have an issue with a player it makes sense to concentrate on the negatives. Pav has never had an extended run in the side to reinforce his confidence. You ingnored the unselfish pass to Crouch for a clear scoring opportunity - would Defoe have done the same? I think, not judging from his failure to pass to Wilson for a shot into an open goal. Obviously opinions differ but I think Pav offers more all round than many give him credit for.

guessTK that one btw, Pletsikosa decision is meant to be made today so it should be confirmed today or tomorrow, Fabiano going by other ITK's could be confirmed today, we shall see!

Not relevant (sorry Chris) but Wilson was offside. Even if he passed it to Crouch, Wilson would have inadvertently got in the way and blocked it and hence been ruled offside. Shooting was the right decision in that case.

Makes you wonder why ITV never picked up on it.

Hmm starting to get annoyed by apparent lack of movement from us, we got such a good opportunity to get some real quality players in now but i'm worried we're gonna pass the chance and regret it next year when our only pull is europa league.

I would not even consider selling Defoe. He is our best finisher and our top scorer from last season. Once he gets back to 100% and over his groin problems, he'll be sharper and more lethal than ever.

I agree - i thought he was top drawer last night. Dropped short for the ball, held it up extremely well and is very good in tight situations. 10X the player that we sold to Pompey

well i'm not saying we're not good enough to get champions league again but i just think that Man City have strengthened this year and will be a tougher proposition and IMO they will push us all the way.

there is no lack of movement.....

tbf before i got lucky with this contact i was kinda feeling the same but tbh when you have a team thats finished top 4 in the prem.....how easy is it to get better players?...

answer is it isnt easy!!...& if you cant get better than youve got then your better off getting nothing imo....

our priority is a world class striker....daniel & harry know this & u better beleive we are gonna get one
