The money isn’t the factor. It’s the poor planning/execution of our targets, and shipping out deadwood. This predates Ange though tbf, we’ve always been terrible at it.

We can only hope somebody does actually start planning in advance now, and we have targets lined up, with actionable plans ready to execute at sensible points through January. Top clubs really shouldn't be knocking on the doors of EFL clubs in the last few hours of a transfer window. Also how we didn't know Athletico were going to offer just £10m for Hojberg on deadline day is crazy. COYS time to start acting in a way fitting our buildings portfolio.
