Thanks Chris but the website is still saying that the picture is to low quality to be printed on a canvas for the size we want it .
whats the website?
I have it at 300dpi, where as soon as i put it online it goes to 72dpi.
can email over the larger one if you want to try that
Guys, sorry to be a **** but I have already looked for this, the one posted is the biggest I could find. I searched the net I rang photographers and no luck getting one bigger. I think the problem is that the image is a HUGE crop of the oridginal which is of a far wider shot, just my opinion of course.
I have it printed out, and its ok when viewd from a distance but I wouldnt put it on my wall, so yeah.... sorry to be a ****. If anyone does find another copy which is of better quality let us know.
I don't suppose you have a copy of the original wide shot or know where I may be able to find it do you please?
No sorry, its simply my guess that its a wider shot and the photographer has cropped the balls out of it as I couldn't find a better quility picture of it. Apparently there have been loads of enquires made regarding the picture, so Im guessing (again) that if the photographer had a printable large image he would be cashing in on it.
Well both BC and I have e-mailed the press association about it. Do you know the name of the actual photographer by any chance please?
Could you telephone the Press Association
Tel: +44 (0)1158 447 447
Might get you a more instanteous response than waiting for a reply to an e-mail. The photo reference is there too: PA.13113514
Thanks
