I’d like to put forward Yuri Tielemans’ name again for those that told me he’s not class. I’d happily bring both him AND Maddison from Leicester. They both have quality on the ball that only 2-3 of our players have

As long as don’t start arguing with those that don’t agree with you…..

With all our strikers fit we need two wing backs another central defender and a new keeper in January

I think Leicester hold on until Summer to give survival the best shot possible but maybe players like Gil and Sarr on loan might be of interest to them.

I reckon we’ll get a RWB and CB (maybe another loan) in Jan, then have to wait for the sumner for a Deki alternative, Lloris successor and big name centre back

Was thinking that earlier and I'd be quite happy with a CB and RWB in January and hopefully move on a couple. Key is making sure they are the right for Conte's system and he is totally behind the incomings.

If Zaniolo is still at the top of Conte’s list I think there’s a chance we could get him in.

For all of the talk over the summer that he would sign a new contract, he never did reach a new agreement and only has 18 months remaining. This January is their last chance to get full price for him unless he changes course.

I’ve read reports that his form has been patchy. I haven’t watched enough to know whether that is true, but looking at their team selections he has been more of a rotation option than a mainstay in the XI.

Taken all together it seems that there could be an opportunity there, if Conte is able to convince the player to leave Italy.

Surely Porro at Sporting is the RWB option. Allegedly a release clause around £40m. Yes that’s steep but no way Sporting let him go for less as I think Man City would be owed 30%. They also have a cheap buy back clause I think so could get messy. I think he would transform our team. Get him in early and focus on a CCB or LCB of real quality.

Agreed. From the outside he seems like a no brainier. We know the price so could get it done quickly, and he would likely want to come given Sporting are now out of the Champions League.

Re Porto. We might know the price but that doesn’t mean we won’t offer less!

Yeah I think we will be in for him in January. The lack of new contract is very telling I think.

Yes it has to be someone in the realms of possibility in January. That rules out a lot of players as a lot of clubs won't wish to sell.

Sporting wont have much choice and im sure they'll be okay to sell as they are way off chances of a title and out of CL.

But I also think Dumfries will be an option. Inter probably need to sell and he'll be cheaper.

I'd say Simakan but I really don't know if we are considering him at RWB or CB. Also, I imagine Leipzig will want to wait til summer to sell.

But I do think Simakan would be smart as he can be very adaptable.
