Why isn't there one yet! One of our most loyal and consistent servants is to be leaving for good :( in my eyes he's Tottenham through and through.

What is your favorite jermain Defoe moment ..?

Mine was 1-1 v Liverpool in santini's first game. At the lane typical jermain swivel and bang !

Jermain Defoe he's a Yiddo! What was your favorite moment of our hit man :)

Because the most agonising moment was the miss at Man City when it was 2-2 a couple years ago, I'll say my favourite moment was coming on to make it 2-1 last year at home to City.

My favourite moment was when he left the first time.

I'm JOKING.

It's now. My favourite moment is now.

my favourite moment is always his jumping kung fu kick when the opposition's goalie clears the ball upfield. he's never once got within 10 feet of one, but the optimistic little midget still tries it every time.
JUST IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF HE CONNECTED.

Probably this...

Hope he does well in Canada. Great place to live.

That's what I was looking for. Back then, when I was young, I thought he could go on to be one of the best strikers in the League. He didn't, but he has provided me with many fantastic memories, and many frustrating ones as well.

Cheers JD.

Jermain Defoe, he's a Yiddo.
Yiddo Yiddo Yiddo...

For all his faults he was a great goal scorer for us. Loyal and true professional. All the best Jermain!

JD, you came, you scored a lot of goals for us, you weren't always prolific but you always gave 100% and you will be remembered fondly by all but the most fickle fans. You won't ever read this anyway but good luck in Canada.

JUST IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF HE CONNECTED.

He would have been flagged offside and he would have turned and had a blazing row with Kyle Walker for not getting him a Capri Sun.

Never quite became the striker that his early promise suggested he could be. He reached a certain level and never really improved, but to be fair to him he gets a lot of goals and, although the effort was sometimes misdirected, he did always try his best (which is more than can be said for some of the other strikers we've had at the club in recent years).

Favourite moment?

Obviously this...

Jermain has been a fantastic servant for our club, becoming the fifth all time highest goalscorer is a brilliant achievement. He absolutely loves this club and I for one hope has great success over in the MLS.

Good luck Jermain, thanks for all the goals and great memories.
