The next 7 PL games are against 7 of the top 9 teams, in date order, Liverpool, Newcastle, Arsenal, Man U, Everton, Stoke, Chelsea.

If we really wanted to know how much of a let down that window was, then this run will be the proof in the pudding. Same goes for the question of are we legitimate title chance? Massive couple of months coming up.

I'm predicting 14 out of a possible 21 points, bit low ball but for title challengers but safe enough for 3rd place.

I think that 14 points from these games is a bit optimistic. We are the bees knees at the moment but with an unlucky start to this tough run of games it may be hard to keep the good form up. If someone offered me 14 out of 21 points from these 7 games before they are played I'd snap their hands off.

Liverpool we should be able to at least get a draw from. Newcastle at home should be a win, Arsenal I'd settle for a draw. That's 5 from the first 3.

Manchester United have an uncanny way of winning even if they are far from the better side and I predict us to hammer them for 80 minutes, yet they win 1-0 from a lucky goal in the 95th minute (well into Fergietime). Everton away smells like a draw to me, Stoke at home on the other hand should be 3 points. Chelsea away another loss. 4 points from the last 4.

I predict 9 points from these 7 games.

Liverpool - 1
Newcastle - 3
Arsenal - 1
Man U - 0
Everton - 1
Stoke - 3
Chelsea - 0

..and I obviously hope to be proven completely wrong.

9 points is my prediction, will be a couple of diffcult months to come. But if we will hang on to 3rd-4th position in the end of March - we can easily cruise towards CL-play!

Predicting is a dangerous game, but here goes:

Liverpool (a) 1

Newcastle (h) 3

Arsenal (a) 1

Man U (h) 3

Everton (a) 1

Stoke (h) 3

Chelsea (a) 1

13 points and a funky pattern.

between 14 and 18 points, cannot see us losing any of those games and will only drop points away from home.

beating Man Utd at home is huge and if we are within 5 points of the top after these 7 games I reckon the title is ours

Liverpool at Anfield are toothless and do not worry me at all

liverpool will be so up for the game against us though. After smashing them this season and pretty much taking the place in the league they think is theirs by right.

Newcastle will be on a high with the demba's returning.

Utd have never worried me less, same with chelsea.

12 from the next 7 games is fair enough. I think 9 or 10 more wins from the last 15 games would win the league

I'm predicting 14 out of a possible 21 points, bit low ball but for title challengers but safe enough for 3rd place.

2 points per game against 7 of the top 9 clubs sounds pretty good for title challengers to be honest!

If we can take around 18-20 from our last 8 games, 14 from the 7 games you mention and add the win against Wigan, that would be 39-41 points from our last 16 games.... which is about 2.5 ppg... which would easily win the league.

The real key isn't necessarily the points from these 7 games. It's about staying in the fight for as long as possible. Our rivals will all drop points as well so we need to try and match them where possible and then really blitz those last 8 games.

Audere est facere people!

Liverpool (A) : I expect defeats here, Liverpool finally in decent form and it's bad time to go there, they realise that it's best chance for throw 3rd placed in CL spot competition, which increase their chance to back to CL, so instead of fighting two teams for ONE place, make it three teams for TWO places.

Newcastle (H) : if we played our best, we can win, just hope we don't lose usual points against them.

Arsenal (A) : even at their worst period, we hardly beat them 2-1 at home, they seem always take control of the game and create chances due to our open play, we are beating them these days just because they don't take their chances. I hope Redknapp would use difference approach in this game, by Throwing Sandro and Parker in the middle, and Modric behind Adebayor if all XI are available.

Manchester United (H) : depends on if we are really determind to end our waiting win or not, depends on Referee as well LOL, i can expect win here.

Everton (A) : Goodison Park always difficult place, can't expect win here if beat United, and can't accept wasting all 3 points here if we took only 1 or 2 points from recent two games, it's possible for us not winning in THREE games in row, you remember the second half of the season, yes Redknapp challenges the players to do better and win every game as Luka Modric said before, but you never knows.

Stoke (H) : we can't expect win if we played our best, but we know how these teams play .. we just need to score early.

Chelsea (A) : I expect us to end our record without win there if we played them tomorrow, but until that time, you never know, a change in manager ? or they could improve with Cahill signing and Essien return to full fitness or Torress could back to his best. Also depends on the players missing, let's hope we don't miss our key players by the time.

Worst, i expect 6-7 points  but normally we must 10-11 points, but don't rule out 14-16 pts, let's pray for that, because this fixture could harm our chances to back to CL, and if we took some points here, then we could find ourselves in the top of the table.

IF we have our strongest 11 for all 7 games we should pick up 12 points from those 7 games (just under 2 points a game)

Which is VERY good. Just worried about whether benny will get a 3 game ban and how serious walkers injury is
